Notes: Good session. Squat felt ok. I’m going to try better consistency with my depth, which Sam called me out on in the video! A big thanks for that and for counting for me breh. Deadlift was awful in terms of trying to get through it. On the first set I simply forgot to put on the 1.25kg plates on either side. I had them ready and everything! Took too long before the last set because I thought I was going to vomit, but sure, all in the search of gainz!
