If there was a Wolverine vs Hulk vs Thor match, Wolverine should be knocked out in the first few hits. After that, it should be Hulk vs Thor.

Emma might be slightly more powerful than Psylocke but not my much, being a Telepath her self. Of all the Telepaths she could blast through Juggernauts helmet where not even Pr.X or Jean Gray could.
In addition to that her psychic blades could be used as a typical telepathic attack, while it was also able to affect physical matter so Emmas Diamond armor wouldnt help her. Psylocke is also precognitive and can see glimpses of the future puls she is one of the greatest assassins and martial artiest in the woruld.
So just b/c Emma has an edge in raw psychic power Psylocke more than makes up for it. Id give the edge to Psylocke
