Two hander or Sword and Shield? That is the question. I’m rocking the Skyforged Steel Greatsword(47 Damage) and I’m a slaying machine. I could put down a normal human npc in 2 swings or less normally. But when I have to block, my skills are lacking.

Currently using an Orcish war axe nd shield. Loving the axes bleed perk.

Bah. Stick with the Greatsword. Defense is for pussies.

To Bujo and Redstar: I love the greatsword, but I need 70 Heavy armor and 50 block to be happy. Currently my Two Hander skill is at 60 and I’m only level 17. I am Godly with my sword.

I can’t wait to upgrade my Orc Greatsword and enchant it with magic. Orc Power!

What are you guys doing with your dragon bones? They are taking up a ton of space in my inventory and I haven’t anywhere near the skill needed to smith them. I can’t find anyone with sufficient cash to buy them either.

Clear out a dungeon, which is also a home of bandits or criminals. Find a barrel or chest to store your dragon bones in. Sooner or later, I will have the blacksmith skills to create dragon plate armor.

OR!

I’ll find an exotic general goods dealers to sell them too. I will save my scales!

Anyone else who’s anti-magic? I love killing mages. Fucking cowards.

Yup love killing the bitches. Head to Drelas cottage and kill him for me, the bastard has completely raped me when I try fight him, though I am only level 9.

… You take that back right now!!!

I had to buy a house to store my dragon scales and bones. I got fed up with having them sit around so I just kept smithing and selling everything that wasn’t important to afford it all, went up 70 lvls in 3 hours. It was tedious but it paid off having a full set of dragon armor, my armor rating is in the low 400s.

I’m rocking the Skyforged Sword and Dragon Plate Shield. I Like having a shield and want to get it up to where you get 30% resistance to all elements. My favorite is having it up and bashing into someone repeatedly staggering them. At lvl 23ish, are there any better options for swords yet, mine is doing 29 dmg a strike right now.

My favorite moment was I was getting owned by this spell caster (I agree, all spell casters should die horrible deaths), she kept hitting me with ice spells that were literally knocking my health down to 10% in one shot.

We were fighting on a cliff, so I decided I was going to run up there and force push her off the cliff into some water. I hit her with a maxed out push and the only time I’ve ever seen something fly further is when I thought it would be a bright idea to attack a giant at lvl 1.

Be careful about that, one of the loading screens says the items in your house are safe, but items put in random chests “might” not be there when you get back. I am saving up to buy the house in Solitude, but it costs 25k. Right now I have all my items stashed in the arch mages quarters in the college.

I saw that screen and in the past games, that’s what i’ve done. But, I didn’t want this to be the time where they were telling the truth and one time I come back and all my scales and bones are gone. So I bought the house in whiterun for 5K.

My next mission: Rape Drelas Cottage.

400 armor…I’d just pre-E’d in my pants.

I guess I’m going to end up with a 360 soon… unless we can get a crossfire patch out for PC

Swolgegasm- sorry bro, I hate magic! Especially when you’re an Orc who cannot handle fire damage

Redstar- Slay those mages

UA Phenix- Cool story, bro. Seriously. That was a cool story. Those Ice spells hurt like a bitch

Overstand- Good point. But I’ve become the leader of the companions and I store my stuff there. Hopuefully they won’t won’t rob me.

Anyone else have any epic battles they want to brag about?

I’ve gone with Breton to start with, we’ll have to see how it goes when I actually get time to play the damn game.

You can always buy the game on Steam. I’ve seen the game on the PC and it is gorgeous.

You’ve been converted. Good.

Yeah but right now it doesn’t work for crossfire systems even off of steam.

I’m sorry for your loss.
