Geek S**T NUMBER 5

Of course Deus Ex! Forgot about it  Got my eyes on it.

Haven’t tried DS2 on Multiplayer yet. I’ve been so busy but I shall have a go this weekend when I get the chance. Hopefully, with Infamous, that should keep me entertained until GW3 comes out.

If anyone owns a PC(gaming); check out Amnesia: The Dark Descent - a very scary game.
Also Men of War: Assault Squad isn’t a bad RTS - best one in awhile.

  • a multi-port platformer Alice: Madness Returns isn’t a bad game either.

Recently watched Thor: Tales of Asgard (I think it was already covered a couple of pages back)
But it’s pretty good - for fun, hopefully they make more.

Amnesia was good. One of the few games recently that got scary right. That water level shudder

Deus Ex 3 looks good. I really do hope it is a spiritual successor to the first 2 games. It looks like a modern version of Time Splitters, not necessarily a bad thing at all. The combat looks excellent, and I do like the multiple level path choices available. Looks like a pre order for me.

Also, I just started messing with Garry’s Mod. Its awesomely fun. I built a bathtub that fires exploding traffic cones that I can drive around. All on my first day. Looks like a game that is going to take over my life.

A flying car…

Seriously, when the hell are we playing again?

Damn I am 4 hours away from home.

RSGZ. I’ll be on in…3 hours.

DJHT, don’t you worry. We won’t forgot you. Unless you don’t have xbox live or a mic, in which case, I will ignore you.

^ That will have to wait on the Mic and game, but someday oh yes someday

I’m gonna try to get on tonight. Yoko is gone this weekend.

Oh shit, the band is getting back together. And we picked up a new member.

You hear that Polo! We don’t need you! You’re cut off, son. You’re cut off.

Soulja, Pootie, RSGZ, Wormwood, Wol, DJHT, and other Random T-Nationers I don’t remember.

And Gregon when he’s not watching Grey’s Anatomy.

^ Lol, it’s cool, I’ll be on later too.

Steam sales are awesome, picked up fear 1/2 the other day for under 10 bucks, got fallout new vegas plus two dlcs for 20, and I got fallout 3 game of the year edition this morning for 10 bucks. Only two days left so hopefully they’ll have some other good shit.

Well played, sir.

Three previews for Season 2 of Avengers, looks like Mockingbird and Black WIdow will join The Avengers and Fury will shave his head and go full Ultimate instead of the amalgam of the 616 Universe and Ultimate Universe. Looks like they will do the force field shiled from the early 00’s, man I hated that story.

Anybody know that new X-Men game was in development? Just heard about it today. It’s being developed by Silicon Knights. I liked Too Human, so I’m looking forward to this game.

In X-Men: Destiny, players will be put in the role of a new mutant who joins the X-Men; they will have to make choices to decide the ultimate destiny of their character. According to early sources, X-Men: Destiny is placing an emphasis on “choice” as its main focus, as opposed to a more traditional linear type of gameplay. According to the official press release, “the all-new original video game casts players as new mutant recruits in a rich, branching storyline that features a deep element of choice and gives players ultimate control of their destiny”. At E3 2011, the hands-off demo demonstrated that throughout the game the player character collects and equips ‘X-Genes’ which grant the power of an established member of X-Men continuity. These come in three types, offensive, defensive and utility, and can be swapped at any time with other collected X-Genes.

Established characters from the X-Men who are confirmed to appear for now include Wolverine, Magneto, Iceman, Cyclops, Emma Frost, Colossus, Gambit, Surge, Nightcrawler, Pixie, Mystique, Northstar, Quicksilver, Pyro, and Juggernaut, with other X-Men characters also expected to appear.[/quote]

Np

It’s essential that you play it in the dark - with earphones.
