Looks like Marvel announced that Tom Hiddleston will be playing Loki in Thor.
They renewed Dollhouse, too.

GameInformer got a hands on look at Brutal Legend.

It seems in the first 60 minutes of game play the player takes over Eddie Riggs, begins decapitating druids, beats up the leading lady, summons a '32 Deuce Coup from the grave and battles against hair bands & Glam Rock. That is just in the first hour of an estimated 20 hour game.

I’m not quite sure how I feel about Brutal Legend yet. Jack Black has definitely “lost it” the last few years, and I hope the soundtrack isn’t like… shit-metal.
But here’s a game I’m REALLY keeping on my radar…
Muramasa: The Demon Blade.
Yeah, it’s a Wii game, but it looks awesome. From what I can tell… Viewtiful Joe + Okami / Shadow of the Colossus X Castlevania = Muramasa: TDB.

First pic of Aang for The Last Airbender movie.
I guess everyone is caught up in the Terminator thread…anyways:
Another teaser of Modern Warfare 2:
The first complete trailer is coming May 24th…can’t wait to see whats in store.
A trailer for a comic to film adaptation of Surrogates starring Bruce Willis.
Interesting concept. I’m think it might be pretty decent.
Preview for Sherlock Holmes starring Robert Downey Jr. as the man himself, Jude Law will be playing Watson.

I just have that feeling that this movie is going to be just as bad as the Dragon Ball one. ![]()

My new best friends in gaming.

This got me thinking, I have not seen it in this thread, and I am not sure how many of you are computer gamers, but if you enjoy FPS, or MMO’s you owe it to yourself to buy a Nostromo N52 speed pad… I bought one 2 years ago and love it still… Without a doubt the best purchase I have ever made… It takes about 2 to 3 hours to get used to… But, once you do you can do all your movement with your left thumb, which allows you to use your other four fingers to do a myrid of other things… The software it comes with lets you set up each button to do anything for a single button macro (1, 2, 3, and so on) to complex multiline macros and the software is very intuitive… I personally have the thumb pad set to forward, back, and strafe left / right… I cant imaging gameing without this things anymore, and wish I had had it back in my CS days…
I have tried the logitech and saitech and hated them both, saitech was a piece of crap and logitech software sucked and was overly complicated.
The new version is pretty slick looking. I wish they’d release controllers like this for the consoles.

I still need to get a pair of those FPS Freeks.
A gamepad will never ever be superior to a mouse for FPS play, and most MMOs require a lot more binds than there are buttons on a pad to play at a “high level”(insert joke about no skill in MMOs). It’s probably awesome for games like flight sims, or playing emulators, and definitely would be sick for consoles since the kb/mouse options blow.[/quote]
I dont think ya got it… the pad is for your left hand, you still use the mouse in the right… And I use this for MMO’s all the time… It has 4 to 5 sets of 14 binds you can make… honestly though, in most MMO’s you only need numbers 1 - 0 and you can just click the rest with the mouse as you may only use them ever 5 to 15 minutes. Also, if you have ever tried doing pvp in an mmo like WoW as a healer its near impossable to run, jump, spin in the air while casting using a keyboard + mouse combo… add in trying to talk and the speed pad in an invaluable asset if for nothing else it makes your movement controled by your left hand thumb which usually only is used for jumping. This leaves your fingers, which would usually be used for forward / back and strafe left / right to cast spells, talk, jump, and what not…
Until you have tried it you just dont understand…

Fucking Awesome.
Thought this was funny. It’s a mashup of clips from Transformers and Terminator. I give you, the Transforminators:
Here’s the latest Marvel and DC Keep on Trekkin’ (Marvel/DC/Star Trek Parody):
Those were great. I love the Marvel/DC spoofs. Though my favorites are:
Deadpool and the Watchmen
Iron-Man and Batman

I unfortunately think you are right.

Borderlands Pre-E3 interview at IGN.
Borderlands is showing off its new art style. I think 4-6 months ago the developers stated that the art style was going in a whole new direction. This is unheard of as they were right in the middle of development. Its like changing horses while crossing a river. But I have to say, the new art style looks good.
For those who don’t know Borderlands will be an FPS/RPG game with persistent drop-in / drop-out 4 person co-op play. That means you play alone as you like, then when a friend comes on you two can partner up without losing any of your progress, upgrades, or even restarting your current mission. Then you can separate and go back to solo play just as easy.

That Deadpool one is probably my favorite.
“Deadpool. Wins!”
