Hey someone may be able to answer this question I recently got xbox live(using a free 1 month trial) and for some reason it always has a message saying that all xbox live features are currently unavailable.
I can’t access marketplace also I’m unsure on what else I’m missing out on, now is this due to me using a trial version or the firewall settings on my comp?(using a set up where an Ethernet cable is connected to my laptop which is connected to wireless Internet).

The Xbox 360 should either be plugged into a router or use the M$ 360 wireless modem to connect.
