sorry I had some great news last week so I have been in one of those moods.
Saved some money on your car insurance by switching to Geico?
Oh well that’s fantastic. In about as cliche a story as it gets, my sister got her children a pet bunny for Easter; quite the adorable little creature.

Joking really, but did you know what I meant? Not many people know about what that means.
I had a 18 month issue dealing with my work, license etc that I have been battling. Its now over for the good on my side.

Fair enough, let me rephrase: explosions that make no sense that just happen because you like to stick them into your movies every chance you get because you like to patronize movie-goers.

I know what you meant, but felt like going into my random anecdote anyways because your mention of a rabbit reminded me, and what goes with pregnancy jokes better than stories about parents getting their kids an adorable pet rabbit for Easter.
I did have a suspicion that you meant some other news =p Good to hear.

What about this, the first one was so so and competed against Infamous.
The first one sucked. It wasn’t even a good time waster since damn near unlimited power makes everything non risk and boring after a while. Blending into the crowd still can’t beat what Assassin’s Creed did with it.
Infamous had a great lead character, a decent comic book look, and a slow ramp up of abilities so you weren’t some God-like creature right out the gate.

Was Infamous 2 any good? When I saw they changed the look of the main character to the guy from Uncharted and changed his voice actor I thought it would suck. I know they changed the look back, but I thought the game would probably suck if they were originally going in that direction.
Also, I wouldn’t get my hopes up about D3. I played the beta. If you still like D2 and clicking the mouse button thousands of times then you’ll probably like D3 but I was kind of disappointed with the skills when I played the beta.
They are kind of set up in a mmo way with one ability being your main attack attached to LMB and a finisher (RMB) there to use when you build up enough rage/spirit power. Then the other 4 abilities are on the keyboard 1-4 and they’ll likely be situational, buffs, or debuffs that you’ll rarely use. At least that was the way it was with Barbarian and Monk. It may be a bit different with the magic users but I’m not sure. I played the Wizard and the way they set mana up was they made it so your mana drains from using spells then recharges on it’s own after a short period of time, so you’ll be limited on what you can cast based on that. Plus all the abilities scale to weapon damage. So a Wizard can equip a high dps club and it affects the damage their spells do. It makes no sense.
I was kind of hoping it would be like the video we saw in 2007 where you were comboing different abilities a ton, but it doesn’t play like that. Just 2 main abilities on the mouse and 1-4 as situational abilities probably rarely used. Maybe more effective at hell and inferno levels.

Infamous 2 was actually a better game. The character was the same lead as the first so if there was any discussion of changing him, it didn’t get far because they were working on this one almost since the first was released.
It was a fun game…and for me, that says something.
The best addition to the game was this ability to use your electricity like spiderman’s web and sling shot yourself to other buildings.
