Do you mean the point and click adventure, or the console RPG?

I bought Fable when it came out for xbox, but I was very disappointed by how childish the dialogue was. I never got past the first few hours of it.

Currently playing Dragon Age and liking it, and I have a PS3 coming in the mail. Hah, I feel sorry for the impatient souls who bought the first PS3.

NEVER BUY A CONSOLE THAT HAS JUST BEEN LAUNCHED. It’s like, the only principle I’ll never violate :stuck_out_tongue:

Now, the console is smaller, costs way less, and I’ve got a whole catalog of games that I can borrow from my more impatient friends.

I have no regrets for buying mine early. It does damn near everything to the point that it has pretty much been my whole entertainment center for about the last year. You’ve gone the last year without blu rays on a player that updates itself. You missed Infamous when it came out and I would hate to be playing that for the first time now because too many other titles are coming out.

I get what you are saying, but please, don’t feel sorry for people who got one early. I would hate to be without it now because that’s all I use.

Got this on Blu Ray. One of the better movies I’ve seen. They made Star Trek cool for the first time…which I am sure pissed off quite a few “Trekkies”.

At the end of the day I still love the computer wayyy more then any council I have ever owned.

That said playstation has never let me down at launch (regardless of what some armchair quarterbacks will argue)…

Microsoft on the other hand lost my bussiness when the 360 couldnt play all the original games… wtf?

Multiplayer is overrated. Don’t get me wrong, I love a good co-op game online and I ordered Borderlands yesterday. But I haven’t bought a game because of it’s competitive online play in a long time. I don’t think I’ve seriously been into deathmatch style play since Soldier of Fortune 2. But I was in college then. Now after work, gym, girlfriend, and friends I’d rather relax in my free time than get worked up playing death match.

And you claim to be from North Carolina. You disappoint me.

It also has some of the best Blu-Ray features I’ve seen so far. We need more Blu-Ray like this.

Wow. You’re full of shit. What original games can’t it play?
http://www.xbox.com/en-US/games/backwardcompatibilitygameslist.htm

The backwards compatibility list is pretty long. The PS3 had far more backwards compatibility issues than the 360 ever had. Wasn’t the 2nd gen 80gig PS3 the only playstation console to be completely backwards compatible? And wasn’t the PS2 emulator removed from the 3rd gen PS3 and the current PS3 Slim?

Isn’t that like being from Arkansas or West Virginia. Y’all are probably kinfolk. Be nice to your Mother’s sister’s cousin’s nephew.

Infamous will play just fine whenever I get around to it, and there hasn’t been a year yet that so many games come out (that I want to play) that I don’t have time to play them.

My way saves me a lot of money, and I’ve still watched every movie that I wanted to in HD this year. I mean shit, it’s down to a almost 1/4 of the original price here in Norway. Don’t know about the US.

First, Star Trek has been cool for a very long time. The Original Series, Next Generation, Deep Space Nine, Voyager, and Seasons 1 & 4 of Enterprise were all cool.

Second, I think most trekkies were pissed off that the movie single-handedly invalidated the time lines of all the other series. However, that could be argued based on one’s own interpretation of quantum physics. Specifically the Many-Worlds Interpretation, where there is a possibly infinite number of universes, and everything that could have happened has happened in some other universe or universes. So both Abrams’ movie and all other stuff Star Trek are equally valid. Or at least that’s how I’d argue with trekkies.

This is probably the first movie I’ve wanted to purchase in over a year.

And as I’ve said before, all universes are better with green skinned women.

You can’t really talk shit when you’re from Louisiana. Shouldn’t you be practicing voodoo and wrestling alligators. And then fucking the alligator.

I guess this is what it would be like to fuck She-Hulk. But with less violence involved.

Who fucks an alligator? Goats, sure. But alligators? The logistics is all messed up. You got do something with the tail, and you got pick up the hind quarters to get it in position, then who knows where the damn hole is. Man, that’s waaaay too much work.

It doesn’t really matter, because Captain Kirk will fuck anything.

First off, not being able to stay relaxed and play some MP is your problem. Second, not being able to do something the way you used to(and still want to seems to be the tone you have) makes it overrated?

I have no problem with X’s reasoning, SP games are indisputably more immersive, and if that’s what you strive for in your gaming experience then I can’t argue with that.

Multiplayer frag-fests are fun; if you get a bunch of friends together and play over LAN. On xbox live or whatever it bores me to tears.

Give a single player game with good characters and 70+ hours of game play any day of the week, and twice on sundays.

Something for the Sword collector and God of War fanatic in you

Oh and I saw this a while back but here ya go.
