Tomorrow I have an off-day from lifting and I’ll be logging many more hours on Dragon Age most likely.
My party members are all around level 11-12 right now, to give you an idea of how much of the game I’ve gone through so far.
My main party setup has been My 2hand warrior as the main guy (full dragon armor, woot!), morigan the mage, shale the golem, and Pearl - my dog (same name as my pit bull lol).
I’m too lazy to type out any long details - but I love the game. Oblivion and Fallout 3 were both a let down for me, but Dragon Age absolutely kicks ass so far.
I just recruited Shale to my group. I’ve been running with Elf Warrior (my character), Mage, Rogue, and switching between Shale and the hound. May try your set up, but sure hate to bypass all that extra loot. Plus the Rogue works as my trapper. Such hard hard decisions to make.

Elves are fags.
I’ve yet to play the game, but I’m looking forward to it. I hope its as good as Fallout 3 and Elder Scrolls Oblivion.
Or Lesbians. Or Bisexual. Really. I think I command the only straight elf in the game. Or at least he hasn’t made out with any dudes that I know of. On the upside all elfettes dress like strippers, so that’s cool.

I like Dragon Age, but it doesn’t seem as open ended as Fallout3 or Elder Scrolls Oblivion. But I’ve only made it to level 3.
It’s not that open, the game is more like KOTOR or Mass Effect meshed with some MMORPG mechanics.

Just to put this out there: Fringe the series is pretty interesting. I bought the first season and it is like a cross between X-Files and Alias. It would be more interesting if they focused on real science, but they spend most of their time on sci fi “fringe” science (thus the name) which creates great stories but lacks some realism. The acting is pretty good.
It’s a fun show. It’s a shame that it’s doing poorly in the ratings this year since FOX’s questionable decision to move it to Thursday night. Then again, it’s not the first time FOX has made a stupid decision regarding a sci-fi themed show.
There have been few tv shows that make me want to watch every episode and this is one of them. They did well with the casting and I think I like the guy that plays the ex-insane super scientist father more than anyone else.
It sucks that it isn’t doing well.
Yes, he was a great choice and usually has at least one pretty hilarious line per episode. I really didn’t know what to expect with him because you may remember him as the creepy Steward of Gondor from the Lord of The Rings movies. He’s been a pleasant surprise.
Fringe is great, after my disappoinments with SGU its all i have

So I picked up COD:MW2…so yeah,I won’t be worth a damn for a few days.

The game is ridiculous!! I didn’t think they could top the first Modern Warfare but DAMN. So tempted to call out from work.
Got it yesterday and is it just me or is regular harder than regular on MW1? Or do I just suck lol. Haven’t played Co-op or Multiplayer yet. Multiplayer is where I logged in all my hours for sure.

I thought the same thing…especially during the “Capture” mission in South America. That wore me out.
I think I restarted at least 10 times when the guy leaves you to track down the target (when he clears out the civilians from the area). I just got raped overall that mission!
Morrigan gave my charcter a deep kiss when I found her mothers journal and gifted it to her…lol
I got MW2 tho now too…hard to choose between the 2.
I’m on this part in DA where I have to go around to all these retarded island in the fade to beat some demon and it’s just annoyng - wish I could skip it. Probably just bc in this particular one I had to save and turn off at I couldn’t find the right passage to go throgh. Was making circles.

I had the rogue for a bit but I found him to be not worth it. There was this boss fight in the dwarven area and he just kept dying way too easy while not making a big enough impact to be worth it. Ideally I would run my warrior, shale, morrigan and another Mage.
You can run that setup when you get to the Mage towers part bc you have to take this Mage with you and it is an awesome setup. I have Morrigan set so any time there are 3+ enemies she will drop multiple ground target AOE spells + chain lightning and her aoe stun and shale drops his gtaoe as well. Shit jut dies, plus my warrior aoe attack debuff shout and sweep attack.
