I bet it makes the most sense to have 3G cellular wireless built into the device, but I’m not sure how big the chip/antenna can be if they made such a fuss over size with the 1st gen iPhone (telling everyone that the chip takes a lot of space).
However, two things:
3G cellular wireless means the device would eat through a battery, so then I’d be curious to know how the pacemaker is powered (this is where I think kinetic power would be awesome)
if it’s 802.11x wifi then how could the device join a secure network?

The device allowed for 3G tethering using a smart phone

The demo is available on XBL and PSN, the demo is fun as hell. The game plays like a cross between Metal Gear Solid and Chronicles of Riddick Escape from Butcher Bay, Its a definite BUY!!

I was watching the special features on the Green Lantern: First Flight DVD and thought that this movie is going to be awesome. With the voice talent and with what they said about trying to keep with the comic books.

yeah most likely…I wonder how much more efficient the slim version will be with power consumption. That is what is appealing to me…as the bigger HD isn’t since I’ve upgraded mine to 250GB anyways.

Hmmm, I’ve just done some hunting around and it seems it’s going to be around £250 here:
Thing is, the original PS3 retails for £295 + a game here, so if the rumoured £80 price drop off RRP occurs here on the old model, I may just stick with the original.
