95% or more of carjackings, knockout games, flash mobs looting stores, and 100 plus person black mob fights are committed by African Americans of all incomes, not just the poor and unemployed. City councils have had to impose curfews in downtown holiday celebrations. WHY?

Childrens’ school attendance tied to welfare check and/or housing eligibility, drugs decriminalized and treatment rather than incarceration used in response to nonviolent addiction. Community centers for sports; churches; more police checking in at parks at night.
Better schools is the big one. Better schools and much longer school days.

That’s backwards. Better families, neighborhoods, communities, etc., naturally produce better schools. A better way to say it would be different schools. Schools that take it upon themselves to include teaching what is lacking in the kids’ environments. People in the inner cities/ghettos see their environments as normal because that’s where they were raised and it’s all they know. Kids therefore need to be taught that it isn’t “normal” and it isn’t right. That is something that schools will never dare do. I mean, how do you tell a kid that his parents are failures and that he or she should do whatever it takes to not follow in their footsteps?

Not all, but many young white “enlighted rainbow-coalition college graduates” do what the Charlotte couple did (see below link) and freely put themselves in the way of harm. To act circumspect or wary at night downtown or in a mall around blacks is “racist.”

No common sense precaution taken in relation to the thousands of news stories of black on white attacks.

Right–better schools, in other words. And perfectly doable. Can you erase what’s done at home? No. But if you balance it better, more kids are going to end up toppling in your direction. To think this impossible is ridiculous.
Edit: And of course better families produce better schools. But guess what? Better schools also produce better families. You spend your time thinking of a feasible set of ways to force Mom to be a good parent, I’ll spend my time thinking of ways to make school tougher and more effective, and we’ll see who comes up with what.
