Gas Prices

Just wondering what fellow T-Bro’s are payin for their gas. This shit is 3.25 here in Arkansas, and accounting for cost of living here that shit is not cheap.

What does your woes of gasoline cost you? And how much do you spend a week on gas now? I spend about 60 bucks thanks to my Chevy Silverado (won’t get rid of it though, haha).

$3.45 in western Kansas

Here in Quebec: 4,80 a gallon so stop complaining!

?1.03 per litre

probably about 3x what you guys pay

I believe it’s now around $3.80 here in the San Francisco Bay Area. To tell you the truth, I dont like to look at the price. I am nostalgic for the days I could fill my tank for $30 bucks :frowning:

$3.59 as of today. Its rediculous but what can we do about it?

Yea, but that’s Canadian money. If you convert it you’re only paying $4.44 American…oh wait, that’s still a lot.

That’s $3.90 per gallon. Not exactly 3 times what we pay.

More like, about 30 to 40 cents more per gallon.

Dallas 2.89, dont have to buy premium so Regular it is

Stop using so much damn gas that’s what we can do about. However, that won’t happen.

I try not to pay attention to what it costs to fill my tank because I’m going to pay it no matter what. Damn it.

Oh and $3.39 in my part of Wisconsin.

1,4 ?/L thats 5,3?/gallon which would be 7,13 $/gallon.

Top that!

oops more like 5,20 a gallon we pay 1,20 a liter

7,86 USD, are what we norwegians pay for a gallon…

Somebody top that?

I siphon it out of parked cars. Cheap as hell, plus you get a little buzz from the gas after a half dozen mouthfuls (hic).

DB

$2.79 in houston.

i guess other areas are paying for shipping costs, which are higher due to the elevated gas prices…

that sucks.

We can come together as a nation damn it. Nobody in the country buy gas from Exxon-Mobile. Facing a country wide boycott, how quickly do you think Exxon lowers their prices?

Next, everybody switches to Exxon, thereby forcing the other major gas players to lower prices. Bingo!
I’ll be the national spokesman for what gas the country should be using at any given time. All people have to do is listen. We’ll be back to the $1/gallon days in a matter of months.

That’s a ridiculous idea. Everyone in America isn’t going to unify on a single cause. The last time that happened was back in the American Revolution.

I’m not sure about the shipping costs theory. California’s refineries are in the Bay Area and L.A.

The Bay Area, specifically SF, usually has the highest prices in the nation.

Even if you could get everyone to boycott Exxon, the increased demand on other company would raise their prices. To meet demand, they’d have to buy gas from other sources, one of which would be, you guessed it, Exxon.

The only way you could have an effective boycott would be to not buy gas from anyone.
