Game Time

8 weeks from my meet time to change up and get ready. I have been running just 2000mg of Test as most know and it was fun but not quite my favorite.

Week 1-8
Test 1000mg
Deca 600mg
Tren 400mg
Anadrol 50mg ED

Week 4-8
Test 1000mg
Deca 600mg
Tren 400mg
Anadrol 50mg ED
Super Drol 10mg ED

This will be the first time running orals for such a time and my first ever with Super Drol. So I will be running heavy Liver Support and I will be adding a AI just to help bloat toward the end to help keep weight down.

You have a shot at a 1,600 lb total? Are you trying to get into the 198’s? I know you said before that you are a master at dropping the BW.

Nice Reed. How many cycles have you run?

I’m not sure I am most likely going to be 220 especially with the Anadrol but, I should total elite at this meet no matter what weight class. If I cut to 198 for sure as its only 1471. At 220 I should still make the elite at 1551. As long as I stay healthy I strongly feel a 605 Squat with Wraps, 325 Bench, and 625 pull is very possible at 198 and maybe little higher if I stay 220 especially my Squat and Pull as I will try to eat up to 230 and then cut to 220 and compete at 230 or more. This will really increase my leverages there making 1600 possible. As I get closer I will judge which is going to be much more realistic to make elite. Since this is the last year to do so as a Junior for me that is my main goal as opposed to a actual number.

1600 would be great but my Bench would really have to pick its ass up and maybe it will happen but I am not counting on it. How ever I didn’t lose a lot of my benching skill and power until I dropped to 200lbs. My pressing honestly seems to follow my body weight and I lose or gain a pound on it as I lose or gain a pound of body weight. But just in my head for that to realistically happen I would need

625 Squat
340 Bench
635 Dead

Which I feel would strongly be pushing it but… Its possible.

I have to agree on that test only is not great for strength. I run 750mg Test e weekly for abour 4 months straight, gained about 15 pounds, did not get get bloated, got a lot bigger, but did not gain any more strength than I would normally.

Well when I was younger like 17 I ran 2 Test 500 and DBol Cycles and really was a idiot but was strong. Then I joined the Military and was clean for a good 3 1/2 years. Then when I got out last year I started running in January and I have not come off so… 1 cycle a little over a year long so far

Yeah that’s my consensus I was def bigger and fuller but honestly I didn’t notice a crazy difference in strength at all. Hence why I am pulling the Tren, Anadrol, and SuperDrol. I feel there will be a good bit of weight gain but I want need to make up for the lost time I could have been running Nor 19 and seeing some good strength.

Ah, forget about the 1,600, you have time for that. Go crush the Junior division at the 198’s and enter the open. You’re going to give some 30 y.o. the shits when you beat him. At the local level, you should win both, just stay within yourself and get all 9 lifts.

You didn’t say, is the wife lifting in this one too?

I wish man. Me and are unfortunately going through a very rough patch in our relationship and have actually been separated now for a little over a month. I dont think she has even set foot inside the gym. Hence why her log has not been active. Its really fucked with my head and I have to say is one of the reason gains have just not been where they need to be.

Sorry to hear that you are on the rocks with the wife. I know it’s hard but stick to the weights, it’s the one thing in your life that you have complete control over the outcome. In a relationship, you can give it everything and still come out with nothing.

One time while dating my wife, she wanted me to blow off a workout to go someplace. It was just a power play from what I can remember. I told her," Look don’t push it, the gym was there before you, and it will be there after you." Its how I really felt at the time.

Trust me I understand that and I’m doing my best to not miss a single session and really take out as much stress as possible in the gym. I am so close to 600 squat I just can’t afford to miss anything right now.
