I honest to god did this with whole milk. It took me 47 minutes, and I had terrible gas and stomach cramps for almost 2 days afterwards lol.
But I did not puke!
I just took my time, there is definitely a technique to it. I just made sure at least 1/3 was gone after 20 minutes, that it was chilled, not cold, and that I didn’t drink too much too fast.
