WE AGREE HERE AND THAT IS THE MAIN POINT OF THE THREAD.

We actually agree on other things to, I might of made it confusing in my posts - but it’s there in both >> I myself have methods that go against science and that this site ‘rejects’ (I said that in my first post), ex: use of slin, way to cycle, etc… I had to find these out by trial and error the same way this guy needs to… WE AGREE ON THAT I BELIEVE.

Those were my only points so I think we agree now, yea?

It just scared me when the first 4 posters said EAT MORE and I was afraid no one else was going to respond and this guy was going to go and TRY only ONE thing, instead of a variety liek proviron etc.

All depends on your goals BUT 9-11%, is a lot in 7 weeks for eating to little your taking adex so most of that is fat… I’ve never gained more than 1% compared to before pct and after… YOu shoiuld be building muscle faster than puting on fat when on cycle so logically your BF should stay same or got down… BUT ALL DEPEND ON GOALS.

i am inclined to agree here… it can be a large amount of fat…

But if you are 200lbs, a bf increase of 9%-11% is only 4lbs… on the high side of an acceptable fat gain by MY standards… and that is all this is, my standards - your may be different and thee is nowt wrong with that!

I’m debating stopping the .25adex ED.

I’ll be patient. Really, I will. After all, my three rep max on the bench press is now 305 - up a full fifty pounds. Damn, it feels good.

LR I know you answered this in another thread but I’m too lazy to track the answer down. Why did you select .25mgED of a-dex? Was it experience or fear of gyno?
I’m also on 750mg a week of Test E, plus 300mg a week of Tren E tomorrow I start my dbol at 50mg ED. I have anastrozole but have not used any yet and hopefully I won’t have to. On the great AI debate I’m pretty established as being a minimalist when it comes to AI’s. At this point in your cycle changing to EOD or E3D might not materialize much.
Learn from this cycle and apply it to next. Maybe next time go .25mg E3D or something
