I’ve got two main questions regarding GABA: When should I take it and how much?
I was under the impression that 1-2 grams before bed was the optimal time. However, this site… ( http://www.denvernaturopathic.com/news/GABA.html ) says that affects were only seen taking at least 3 grams before working out.
Do I need to be taking this before my workouts, or should I keep on taking it before bed?
