G Still Stands for Government (GM)

Apparently GM has been bragging about paying back government loans using government money.

True, but selling the shit out of cars and trucks.
I can not keep the Equinox, Traverse, or Camaro in stock.

Selling and turning a profit aren’t the same thing. Point being, the loan was payed back with my money, NOT PROFIT. They payed the government back with government money then made commercials to tell people they have payed back the American people. I call BS.

No offense, but after doing a lot of research and test driving all the vehicles in the “equinox class”, I can NOT for the life of me understand why someone would buy one. Its more expensive, feels crappy, is underpowered (less you buy the expensive v6) and in general just lacking (interior) especially compared to the honda and toyota… the volkswagen is truely in a class of its own… the only vehicle worse off then the equinox was the escape and the slightly larger ford SUV who’s name escapes me…

Also, having owned soley camaro’s since I turned 16 I am beyond disapointed with the price points of the new ones…

its funny you said you are selling a lot of those cars… When I was at the Chevy dealers around Birmingham most salesman said no one wanted to pay for the camaro and everyone came to the same conclusion on the Equinox I had…

I’ll admit to not knowing anything about a Traverse…

QFT, the GM vehicles feel just like they used to, cheap and “loose.” Poor throttle response, chassis roll, and loose steering. No offense to GM employees/fans but their vehicles just feel cheap. Plus if you look at ANY 10 year old GM vehicle vs an equivalently priced German/Japanese vehicle its shocking how poorly these vehicles age. I hope for their sake they have stepped their game up, especially in the quality department
