I went to the gym today, did 3x10 with 215 on bench, 30 burpees, and 3x10 chest supported rows. These were done as a tri-set. I should probably stop trying to so hard.

Oh and by the way I signed up for a spartan sprint in may 2012 in the competitive class so if what I am doing looks crazy you know why… I am now going to go road march with a 50 pound pack for an hour.

Well sir on Monday I pulled 460 again, then jumped straight to 500 and missed 3 times. As for an update I have been upping my conditioning lately in preparation for the spartan race, so my lifts have stayed the same for the most part. Right now I am performing complexes before and after my strength work, then on leg days I do sprints (twice a week) on off days I usually do a LSD run. As I get closer (may) I will go to lifting 3 days a week with more running then the last two months will be 2 days a week with a lot of running. I am trying to lose the least amount of strength as possible lol. On to today’s session.
