Weighed in at 202. Going to keep doing what I’m doing conditioning wise as my weight will continue to fall just a little and my strength won’t be affeted (hopefully).
NOTES:
Had to purchase some “OTHER” protein from the exchange out here. Optimum Nutrition Hydrobuilder: vanilla. Tastes like booty and fucks up my stomach like none other. I definitely don’t recommend it. It was the ONLY protein left when I went up there and would not have purchased it if my shipment with Metabolic Drive was here. Just gotta wait it out a little bit longer. No other news for now.

I have to call it REload. I HATE taking time off. My first year or so, I don’t think I took more than a day off a time. I burned myself out something crazy and had so many injuries. Gotta train smart now that I’m gettin OLDERRRRRR!!!
I am on a motivation video kick at the moment and I’m pretty sure I’m going to have to tear myself away from the gym during my stretch/roll and GHR thing tomorrow. We can get through this together. The pain of deload doesn’t last forever!! (see video, lol)
I been on that same motivational kick, also been over training for the last few weeks… mostly cause of this video. But I came up with a better routine starting this week. hope i dont over load.

You seem to jump routines a lot. Stay with something for a few months and see how much more progess you’ll be able to meake.

Its getting a little much with my added MMA training and work - 430-130am schedule. but now that I say it I sound like im being lame an might try to keep it through and see if it works.

I work from 845pm to 1030am and then train after work; my gym is outside in 90 degree weather. I work three days and get one off, most of the time. I have no control over what I eat two meals a day and have to wear my body armor, ammo, and weapon for my whole shift. I do security work with lots of walking, sometimes running, the occasional wrestle and cuff fun, and am surrounded by idiots. OH, I’m also in one of the top 3 poorest regions in the world and it smells like burning hair and feces most of the day.
Pick a program that fits your goals and lifestyle, not one with a fancy name. (AND) Nut up, bro.
Nothing training wise was conducted. Decided to sleep 18 or so hours today. Recovery?!?! Lol

New training cycle starts tonight. 5/3/1 Powerlifting template. Squat, bench, DL, press will be the order of programming.
