LOL. Here we go again.
Stu himself just said he didn’t even start lifting seriously until age 30. Acting like the info I am writing is nonsense makes no sense at all.
First off, what does Stu have to do with anything?

Second who cares what you are saying…just stop saying it like a dick.

Classic Prof X “debating” tactics… He will:

 1. Ignore what was actually written.
 2. Question the reading comprehension of anyone who doesn’t agree with him.
 3. Go off on a rant while saying “some of you/many here/etc…” in order to avoid directly addressing anyone specific.
 4. Repeatedly quote the few who agree with him as proof that he is correct and say “good post” & “great points.”
 5. Possible talk about his guns some more and how he would say all this stuff to your face, reaffirming how tough he is IRL.
 6. Tell people to stop quoting Internet gurus and instead suggest that they start listening to “swole” NPC competitors who lift at their gym, eat McDonalds and play basketball all day.
 7. Talk about his free Vacation to Colorado.
 8. Call posters “son, kid and guy” in an attempt to patronize them.
 9. Tell people to listen to swole guys at the gym who look better than you do but ignores that advice when guys like Stu, Zraw, Austin, BlueCollarTrain, Waylander disagree with him.
 10. Tell people to “try harder” and that they’re “not very good at this.” Like people actually care.

ProfessorX said "If you have a problem with me saying that, I doubt anyone else cares.

I am positive enough are sick of this nonsense happening perpetually as if someone is making you do it."

Rule #3 strikes again.

Based off of the picture that was posted earlier in this thread, 25% is an easy assumtion. You’ve got fat folding under your pecs into your armpits, your midsection is concave from your shoulders to your waist from the front, meaning you have a generous amount of fat stored in your midsection/around your waist. Can we please stop referring to fuzzy outlines of upper abdominal muscles through a layer of adipose as “abs showing”.
Like everyone said, you are delusional…and seem to be proud of it.

Stick to your guns, man.

Make sure you lose ALL credibility.

I brought up Stu because Stu implied he couldn’t understand what I was implying by weight set points and different ages showing different growth abilities.

His age when he started matters a lot within that context.

Any other questions?

Nothing I wrote here was “said like a dick”. What you just wrote was though.

No one here cares about BF% or any other numbers–it’s the mirror that counts, right?

The attitude here is getting retarded.

If you don’t like it here (keep in mind YOU are the common denominator in EVERY shit storm thread for the last 6 years) head over to IntenseMuscle, they have multiple national level NPC bodybuilders over there…I bet they would LOVE to hear your biology reports.

219 even this morning…14lbs lost in 6 days.

and my friends out of the blue bought me an awesome gift of some very cool socks to wear while working out:

edit:

lol at douch-X claiming how can anybody say he is obese in his pics, while i am sure he thinks i am obese in the pic i just posted.

and yes, just finished a stretch of 5 days in a row, 12-18 hour shifts, and i am more than a little drunk right now. fuck-him.

The same group of you is the same common denominator in every thread.

That is why there is a problem.

Nothing I wrote here should be causing a problem with you.

generally speaking i like your posts and am pretty sure i said as much in one of your logs

however, you’ve strongly implied that X is WELL in excess of 25% BF based on the pic a few pages back

if you or anyone else here think in all honesty that shows BF of around 25-30% you are simply losing all credibility

in all seriousness, i can only assume you are trolling? or looking at another picture?
Where did I stronly imply that he is “WELL in excess of 25%” in this thread?

I went back and looked and all I see is me saying that I thought Brick’s assessment of 25% bodyfat was reasonable and when you implored as to an exact number my exact words were “can’t and won’t give an exact figure” and “higher than 25%”. I don’t see where you are getting anything out of that besides exactly what it says.

What is the goal?
Do you have one? Surely it can’t be get as big as humanely possible, as if that were the case you could just eat pizza and pasta everyday and live on takeaway.
What is the goal here?

The only huge people I’m impressed with are the ones that are lean. Jay cutler is 280 lbs. That is freaking huge but he is lean.

I know powerlifters get big on purpose as it translates to bigger lifts but I can’t really see why a non powerlifter would do it.

Maybe just get lean and see how much muscle you actually have. There was already a thread on this where a lot of lifters actually said how much smaller they got before they even started to get lean.

Semantics:
There are more people here who think that 25%+ figure is no ridiculous that there are who do. I guess they’re all just “bad guessers” and you’re right again “because you’re a doctor”, right?
This would imply that.

If you even see 25% there you are delusional.

I have no problem with you…if you want to throw your considerable bulk around here like you own the place, fine.

But when you argue with people who are clearly more developed than you, and who are very helpfull to other posters, and who argue with NOBODY else but YOU…it gets truly annoying.

You are riding ProfessorX rule number #3 pretty hard today.

People are responding for you stop turning every thread into this.

Everyone who? I haven’t seen that anywhere in this thread except from you.

The only attacks on my credibility thus far have been you arguing with me over a number you supposedly don’t even are about and yolo having terrible reading comprehension.

Not trying to pick sides or dick ride but there’s a guy at my current gym that is close to X’s build (black with a short beard and in his mid-30s too LOL) and he commands the utmost respect at the gym. My point being I think it’s a little ridiculous to shit on X’s physique because I highly doubt it would happen in real life based on my real life experience.
You know he and I aren’t the same person, right? And you’ll recall I said all of what he is saying now before, right?

I guarantee you’re 20%+, and 25% wouldn’t surprise me, either. You were without question 30% at 305, and 25%+ in Colorado. Literally the only thing you have to go on is your BF at 150 pounds, one measurement by “some guy at Bally’s,” and a visual assessment from CT looking at nothing but your arms. To quote you, “BAD SCIENCE.”

You have no education in the field of exercise physiology whatsoever, and yet you patently dismiss the opinions of those that do. Of course if it’s another topic of discussion, now you’re a biologist, geneticist, blah blah blah ad infinitum.

Let me ask you this directly since you ignored it before. Why does a man who professes a love of technology never take a picture with a decent camera? And additionally, if you aren’t trying to fool anyone with your grainy pictures, why do you hike your shorts so high on your waist? Could it be you’re trying to hide that pesky belly?

The only “delusional” here is you trying to derive strong implication out of those statements. Did they teach reading comprehension in dentist school?

Oh, cool, you got 2 people in addition to yourself who disagree with me. That’s still far less than those who agree with me. Given that you are immune to the effects of comprehending anything that challenges your opinions or beliefs, I’m sure you don’t remember reading those.

The flaps under the arms are quite revealing, but I’m no biologist so that might be normal at 10-18%.

Rule #2 and #4

Seriously it’s the world against him…he is never in the wrong, and he cannot possibly understand how you think what you do.

He is Doctor GeneticistBiologyMonster and you’re not.

X, why don’t you prove all of us “haters” wrong and go get DEXA’d and post the results. Or maybe take a posing video or even just a shot from a profile angle. If you’re right about your bodyfat and we’re wrong, what do you have to lose?

…he won’t because he shouldn’t have to live his life for some punks on the internet, but of course will make 50k posts, of which over half are justifying having high bodyfat
