It’s funny that you think you’re on CT’s level in any sense. If you two were walking down the street, I know I, and many others would comment more on CT than you because of the combination of his size and yes, level of leaness.

I look at you and maybe see a former athlete look if I ever saw you in real life.

But hey, what the fuck do I know?
That’s the point…what do you know?

CT didn’t act like this. Ct acted like we were more equals aside from when were n the gym alone.

He doesn’t act like you.

He acts like a winner.

? Considering I cook nearly all of my food right now, the answer would be no.

You’re full of shit. I prefer bigger and less lean to smaller and ripped. Don’t talk about shit like your opinion is a fact. I don’t care if other people do that. It has nothing to do with “self control”. It has to do with your goals.
Not sure if serious…
Yeah I am serious. What do you disagree with? Sometimes you’re as bad as Quincy with your vagueness!
That’s because CT is a nice, humble guy. The complete opposite of you.

Many people think CT looked more impressive than you in a tank top. Some don’t. It’s an opinion. Why does that bother you so much?

Dude, CT and me act more alike than not. You clearly never met him. Ct is a pure meathead. I have a feeling guys like SteelyD would feel right at home with him.

He can put away a shit load of food also.

I wasn’t sure if serious because people are normally passive aggressive here rather than straight up aggressive.

I mean I agree with solarFLARE, usually people who are just gym rats (that is the whole point of this sub-forum right?) that are smooth as oppose to being leaner, are so because they don’t watch every calorie like someone who is more competitive with their physique.
I may not be communicating my thoughts very well. And you’re right about the point of the forum lol. What I’m thinkin is like Ed Coan at 198. Sure he was leaner than he was at 220, but I’d rather be Ed Coan at 220 than Ed Coan at 198 aesthetically. Just like I could cut down to the 181’s, but I’d rather stay at this bodyweight at my current bf%. Now I can’t say that I wouldn’t like to be at my same weight with a lower bf%, because from both a strength and aesthetic perspective I would, so maybe I’m not even disagreeing with anyone.
Professor X wrote:

You keep bringing up “25%”. Why? The guy we were speaking of was 260lbs at 20%, not 25%. Few people outside of serious bodybuilders would look at someone like that and do anything but be impressed by it. That is the only point made.
I brought it up again because I consider 20% to be overweight in relation to 25% being the mark of obesity.

Here’s how I look at it: 4 to 6% is contest shape. 8 to 10% is very lean. 10 to 15% is lean. 16 to 19% is average. 20 to 24% is fat/overweight.

Here’s the clinical/healthcare look at it: 25+% is obese.
No one is going to see a guy like that as fat because 20% at 260lbs at that height means so much muscle that this is what people focus on.
Well I consider 20% to be fat/overweight. So by my consideration, I’d consider a 260 pounder with 20% to be fat.

Right. At least we agree on some things.

You seem to be stating your opinion fine to me…and I agree with you on Ed Coan.

…and once again, 20% is NOT 25%. This is like acting like 5% and 10% are the same thing.

25% is too high for anyone here I think. I sure as hell am not telling anyone that it is good to be that cfat so why mention it always as if someone is?

once again, the guy we were speaking of was 20%…not an extra 5% body fat which at that weight could mean 30 pounds of pure fat.

I don’t take you seriously either.

Your posts are a waste to read and respond to so I will try to avoid it.

I’ve gotta say that on the couple of trips I had to CO, I never saw CT treat anyone, no matter their accomplishments or physique, with any less respect than anyone else. This is despite his personal background, physique or knowledge base. The man conducts himself with class, whether someone agrees with him or not.

I would love nothing more than to train with you and CT, then, after, talk about training while eating massive amounts of beef (or even horse). If I trusted anyone to whip my fat ass into shape, it would be CT.

CT can eat way more than me at one sitting.

I feel like I am out of my league.

The two of you would make me feel like I needed to practice first.

Dude, he was talking about how you an CT interact on the forums, which couldn’t be more different. He hasn’t met either of you in person. How did this go completely over your head?
