Full fat milk

I am growing quickly while letting my abs get blurry so I can be heavier and stronger. Many roads.

Actually doing 2 pounds of 80/20 a day with some extra aminos and MCT oil just to see the results.

Hit 450 on Farmer Carry and over 500 on Hack for sets of 7. Gonna give it a couple months.

Was using Surge pre / intra but honestly noticing no discernable benefits.

Blurry from subcutaneous water or chub??

Both I imagine

Likely but you’re still fairly lean I’m guessing.

Leanness isn’t really a goal right now. That’s for when I cut

Energy Toxicity!

That’s a fun one.

I think the definitions of these things has gotten twisted.

Like, for a good while now, I’ve been dropping weight in general. Not cutting by any stretch of the definition, just weighing less.

And bulking. People think or interpret it as time to go SHW. The pic of me in my avatar is me on a bulk, going from 155 to 175 over the course of several years.

Its like the time function of cals in >/< cals out is misunderstood leading to a lot of people getting bad results.

See, I grew up in the era where dirty bulk and clean bulk referred to the foods you were eating to bulk, rather than the outcome.

Chicken and rice bulk? Clean. Taco Bell Bulk? Dirty.

We got really confusing somehow.

@SkyzykS I’m in a similar weight. I don’t refer to general fat loss as cutting typically. Cutting is that stage of getting LEAN. If we got from obese to overweight, we just lost weight.

Yeah. The thing that comes to my mind is cutting to drop a weight class or something.

Like, here goes the earlobes & any nose or cheek fat one might have.

Yeah I feel this is where his argument seems to have got twisted. It seems like he’s interpreting bulk as way in excess of maintenance.
I’ve been bulking now since the summer, and to me bulking is anything in excess of maintenance. I opted for 300-400 calories. But now I think it’s time to up them again, but only by a couple of hundred.

In reference to dirty bulking I agree, to me a dirty bulk is high calorie less nutrient quality foods. Too many calories of maintenance is just bulking in excess

I can’t understand the logic behind bulking using only protein and fats as macros to drive growth, knowing that surplus dietary fat is preferentially stored as body fat.

Fats do need to be a part of your macros though……

Want to go back and read what i wrote again before you make another bad faith argument?

Are you referring to the fact you said only using protein and fats?
If so I’m confused because nobody that I’ve noticed has at any point said they only use these (in this topic anyway)
If you’re speaking in a broader context then fair enough

I never see any difference while consuming milk, whether it is full fat milk or normal one. But again I have been advised to consume low fat milk as I am on the verge of losing weight.

Raw milk is legal in the UK and the price can’t be that much higher than pasteurized milk. Whether or not you’re close to a supplier would be the main issue.

See i automatically assumed it would be much more expensive than shop bought stuff

.

What does that mean?
