Full Body Double Progression

Christian,

When planning a 3 day routine using 5x5 double progression, would you suggest picking three separate lifts (workouts A,B,C) or alternating days (A,B,A-B,A,B)?

ex1.
Squat/Bench
Deadlift/Press
Front Squat/Incline Press

ex2.
week 1
Squat/Bench
Deadlift/Press
Squat/Bench

week 2
Deadlift/Press
Squat/Bench
Deadlift/Press

Thank you for your time

Option 2 is much better

Thank you! Do you find straight sets to work for deadlift/powerclean also when the goal is strength?

Yes but for the power clean I prefer sets of 3

I have one last question if you have the time. I can only lift three days a week due to school and martial arts (not-competitive) and I was wondering if the above is good or if there is anything major you would change.

I appreciate your patience and help.
