Full Blown Extreme Creatine?

Was wondering if anyone has heard of this Creatine Volume Intensifier? Its 55 bucks for 36 servings was just looking for some information on this shit

It’s just junk. it’s another pre workout blah blah, blah, etc. caffeine and crap.

have a cup of coffee, and put 5g creatine mono. in your post workout shake.

Taking it after a workout has more proven benefits; if you check out the Biotest store theres a link in the creatine information that goes further in depth about creatine timing.

Full blown extreme ripoff. After is probably the best time to take creatine but no signficiant difference. Take it both. It’s dirt cheap if you buy monohydrate instead of throwing money down the toilet.

I’ve been taking creatine pre-workout, only because I sometimes forgot to toss it in after.

And to the guy who mentioned research: I think a lot of the research has only been done on post-workout supplementation, so of course there’s going to be more data on relating to that time period.

if you are interested in volumization as your previous supplement choice may suggest, look into stacking plain creatine with Surge and BCAA during the workout/recovery period. beta alanine and citrulline malate will also improve performance incredibly.

without a doubt, these five supps are the ones that improve performance and recovery the most (and volumization - the three are related). you can add Surge Workout Fuel or whatever it is called to this list when it becomes available.

beyond that the regular, every 3 hours eat lots of animal protein, healthy fats, fruits and veggies, and try not to drink calorie containing beverages applies. rinse, repeat 5 times a day and soon you will be swole as hell.

Throwing in my two bits, a scoop of the creatine i bought has the usual 5g of creatine mono so I just add two scoops to a bottle of water. Take a big drink pre-workout sip on it throughout my work out then leaving about half a bottle to chugg back at the end, I make sure to shake it before every drink that way nothing settles to the bottom
