Checked my stats and arms are the same and my right leg actually grew a cm. Obv weight and waist both improved a bunch.
I might have been a bit harsh. Last night under superb lighting I saw some Glute Striations coming in. Also some things in my back that are new. My actual Body Fat Percentage is probably closer to 10 than 15. On the downside of that I think I have a very significant amount of Visceral fat no doubt from poor cheat habits.
OK grind time, Meal #1 then back to bed most likely.
I highly doubt I do this but I did some reading and there are no weight restrictions for Physique which would be ideal for me as I dont know how to pose. If I did BBing I would most likely be the smallest in the Open Class (over 85kg). If I did Classic I would most likely be the least classic LOL. I mean not like I am Physique esq either but the not posing and board shorts hiding my legs which will probably be my biggest weakness is quite enticing.
Obv I would have 0 ambitions of placing anywhere but it would be a fun challenge to see how shredded I could get with an actual reason to do it.

My knees been a bit sore since yesterday and I thought that was just the Squats but today my delts were a bit rough for no reason so I think the Diet is catching up.
Cleaned the 100s today so that was cool.
Posterior Delts look terrible and soft. I have been hitting them about twice a week besides back work so hopefully they come up or rather clean up a bit.
Wifey hit a huge Bench PR of 95lbs. There was probably 8 plates a side. If we used the 25s she would have missed for sure.
Energy hasnt been trash today so thatâs nice.

AM Weight: 96.6kg Very good. Same as yesterday but no bano means I actually lost weight. My body is a fat burning machine right now. Energy is decent. Hunger is high but manageable.
2 Day Diet Blast: Hyper Low Fat I find a super low fat diet for 2-5 days can really kick start some fat burning. Any longer than that and it loses itâs efficiency and I start to feel like shit. If you are wondering why I am messing with shit while it is going so well it is because originally I had planned to have the opportunity to drink since it was a family gathering today (see below) but as the plans have changed I am not drinking or even cheating on my diet but decided to just go with it anyways.

My family is driving me fkn nuts right now. They never have any kind of concrete plans then wonder why I am not going. I ask What time? How long? What are we doing? Their answers are vague at best and never are actually what happens. If I do agree to something more than 15 minutes before it happens then guarantee it will change before it happens. Then they mad at me for not going to plans I said I would go to but when I agreed to do something it was at 3pm instead of 7pm (830pm) and since I have to work at 4am I am not going. My wife gets especially angry but yet again if she could answer any of those questions I would go. I guess people driving you fkn nuts is what makes them family though eh?

AM Weight: 96.6kg I was pretty miserable yesterday especially last night to the point I barely slept due to hunger. So waking up to the same weight for a 3rd day in a row was annoying to say the least. At least until I stepped in front of a mirror and my Abs had some deeper cuts. Some other stuff is coming in too like my post delts.
CARB UP!!! By carb up I mean Cheat Up. Ice Cream and churros I think. Depends on if HEB has Churros but they should. I feel this is earned. Plus I could use the energy for tomorrowâs legs.
Drugs/Gyno STACK: Test 600mg + Tren E 400mg per week. Dropping Boldenone. I dont think I got much out of it and this greatly reduces injection volume (by 8mL per week) to allow my body a bit of a rest before I start Unicorn Protocol. And Gyno had a flare up which promptly went away the day after my Test injection which makes sense.

AM Stats: 95.8kg / 88.5 Vacuum Both Cut PRs. Not surprised as the Ice Cream and my lactose intolerance created some other cut PRs yesterday LOL gross. Physique is also looking a ton better. A ton of vascularity that had faded came back and new striations in my glutes and hips came in. I will have another high day but probably in the 3000 range then back to Bikini Prep tomorrow with hopefully recharged energy and a turbo charged metabolism.

Sick bench today. 10lbs off all time PR at a much lower Body weight. Reallllly hard not to gear up for a PLing comeback. OK not that hard. I will build build build then lean bulk into a PLing cycle.

Mexico Has itâs Moments: I should have mentioned this yesterday but Mexico has less than 300 suspected cases and of those less than 100 are confirmed. Yet they have already closed schools and banned large gatherings for the next 30 days. So to be panicking is a bit early (or never the time to panic). There are rumors that there are a lot of hidden cases but even so they have already started rather drastic precautions. If and/or when the gym closes I have my home workout plan worked out but I am also reallly hoping I can go to the Crossfit gym with my buddies right next door. I have a feeling they would keep it open on the DL for just them.
AM Weight: 98.2kg Not surprised. 3 Days of 4k cals weight is going to come up. What I am super happy with is despite some mild bloat and spill over I havent lost any real definition. Also my metabolism has been returbocharged. Despite all those calories I am right back to being hungry and weak after not eating for about 3 hours even if those 3 hours were spent sleeping.

Diet Update: This is Stupid Yea so super starving and weak all day I am just going to chalk this up to a maintenance day and adjust my meal timing tomorrow. I have had about 3100 cals since 530am (12.5 hours) but there is ~5 hours of naps in that and my easiest training workout of the week. Unreal. Although I watched a Bonac day of eating and 7 weeks out he was eating 4600 cals and how much bigger than me could he be? LOL
Adjustment will be a lot more food preworkout and rice instead of bread.
AM Weight 97.75kg Ok so all that starving wasnt just in my head. I lost weight yesterday and daily calories ended up being 3200. Metabolism is turbo charged.
Today Scripted: ~2700cals 217p 385c 30f really low fat and might have a snack in there.

OK so the POWA dies hard. This was a trial run of my OM program. The good was the 3x1 is going to be gold, so will the 5th set. What wont work is trying to do hypertrophy Squats after Deads. You know, not mixing, like what everybody recommends. I know powerbuilding but really at a certain level you will need to chose a path especially in a prep.
Diet Tweak: I can already tell today is going to be insanely easier than yesterday even with 500 less calories. And I know I say this every time but I need to keep my high days clean next time.

This was even hard to half ass my way through. It took me 10 minutes to get out of the car once arriving to the gym. You are probably wondering what kind of diet would kill a person like this? 1600cal / 97p / 238c / 28f over 10 hours. 3 hours of that spent napping. My body does NOT like getting lean.
Pokerz: Booked my first loss in a while actually and am so happy with it. I know I didnt play perfect (but still should have been good enough to win) but most importantly instead of turning a small loss into a gigantic one I quit. HUGE win there.

So yea Gyms are closed. They are planned to be open on Wednesday but that isnât looking great. I have some contingency plans. The most appealing as of now is full fk it mode (ice cream and bourbon diet) de-transformation to make the transformation that much more epic.
Plan A: get fatter AF, when gyms reopen huge bulk/recomp to 110+kg then get shredded starting probably January 2021.
Plan B: there are 2 gyms I can train at but both are bare bones so I would be PLing and it would get me by for a few months probably.
Plan C: uhhhh itâs 5oclock somewhere and probably even Saturday in someplace.
No but it actually is Saturday and 1214 so that is good enough for me.
Quick rant: I hate this planet Corona Virus whatever. I will do my part to keep people as safe as I can but what pisses me off is people are making money off this. The very same people who could have prevented it in the 1st place. Gyms arent opening tomorrow so I got in touch with an old buddy and his Powerlifting gym. Like I said its bare bones but it will work. Apparently he has calibrated plates now (i really hope KGs)âŠbut I am wondering how many of his bars are straight. What ever it will work. So I guess we POWA lifting again.
Yea yea I know I have a wife and future and health etc but I just learned the would have had the cure for all this BS but white house cut funding in 2018âŠright around the time that somebody would have been warning them that this exact scenario was going to happen.
