LOL Oops. 315 moved easy AF. 335 the first 2 reps were easier than 315 then that 3rd rolled around and I knew it would be a photo finish…or a gym fail. Gym Fail it was. On the plus and irrelevant side my Bench form and arch are the best they have been in a while. I blame the volume. Every good rep is a rep makes another good rep more likely.

Semi roll of shame. I got it high enough for the middle pins. Gym was full so I knew I wouldnt die…but I also knew asking for a spot was asking for me to get 0 reps and a lot of “all you bro”. Maybe the gym will let me do a spotting seminar. I mean I see a lot of boob grabbing on squats too and I think they just dont know better (as opposed to being pervs).
AM Stats: 97.15kg / 19.6% BF / Waist 95.5cm / Vacuum 89.5cm I am just tickled pink with those stats. I thought for sure weight would bounce back up higher esp since I wasnt starving all day yesterday.
Probably going to switch to using my vacuum as my waist measurement as it will be more consistent in how I how my waist. Also Navy Method appears to come in ~5% high and a vacuum kind of fixes that.

Back a bit squiffy so went the chest supported row machine and I actually think this was a pretty effective workout.

AM Weight 98.0kg No shock. I had a bit of a refeed yesterday. Also no bano and super bloated this morning. Goal is to get to sub 96kg by Friday morning. Cheat meal then sub 95kg by next Friday and then reevaluate. Hypertrophy training through that. No more 2 a days for work…probably.
Diet Plan: I will have one I will start tracking calories next week. Looks like about 2100 cals base. Potatoes as main carb source and BBQ Sauce or Ketchup as desired which will probably bump cals not nearly as much as you would think. I am also finding those sugar based sauces pretty filling…or maybe bloating…same thing right?
Hair Removal Plan: Yes, really So hair removal sucks. But shaving actually isnt that bad so by taking one section at a time a little each day it shouldnt suck so much. Dont have the plan yet but I thought this was funny. Also, warning to any kids who want to be a BBer…this the shit your dont hear about.
Back to School Just signed up for a coaching site. Volume approach is out. Mornings will be spent watching videos and leak finding. Then gym. Then grind in the afternoons. My coffee consumption probably just skyrocketed.
AM Stats: 97.65kg / 95.5cm Waist / 90.5cm Vacuum / 20.3% BF I started calculating based off my Vaccum because as they say Vacuum Dont Lie. Today was one of those days I could tell I was holding it in a bit on my “relaxed”.
Had my first mental snap of the diet on Sunday but I controlled it down the stretch and still lost some weight. Pretty cool was my veins were poppin with the carb up.
After todays diet I have no doubt I wake up back under 97kg right on pace to get to sub 96 by Friday/Saturday for a cheat meal. Gonna be like 6 McDonalds burgers. The small ones and a Big Mac for old times sake. I remember when those used to filling.
On a funny note I have become the BBer that puts Ketchup or BBQ sauce on everything that I used to make fun of in my head. I get it, I think. It definitely isnt healthy to cover everything in sugar sauce but if it means you can stick to Potatoes and Chicken then the fat loss will continue.

AM Stats: YEA BABY!!! I mean: 96.3kg (cut PR) / 89.5cm Vacuum / 96cm Waist / 20.3% BF / Biceps 45cm. I am super happy that my arms still measure 45cm which is what they measured 5kg ago. Also Ab veins were poppin this morning after my first meal and then a nap to let the bloat subside. Quads getting significantly more detail too.
After waking up that light I bumped my AM Calories by about triple. The rest of the day will be normal potatoes, chicken and sugar sauce.

MOTHA FKN CHEAT MEAL!!! I just suck at cutting so I am going to go into a short maintenance stretch to hopefully reset my baseline or what not. Kicking it off with 3 burgers from McDonalds and a McFlurry. The McFlurry sucked, had like 3 pieces of kit kat and nada. Big Mac was decent. Some other signature burger was way overrated. Chicken sandwich I will eat later. I will be back on that potato blast the rest of the day then probably around 2500 cals Thursday to see what happens come Friday.
AM Weight: 96.8kg Was hoping to be lower after how I suffered yesterday but alas here we are. I have DOMS in my legs still and am training them tomorrow so that was kind of the last straw for having a cheat meal and a maintenance stretch.
Gyno Improved Gyno has improved since lowering my Tren dose. Its almost as if sides are dose dependent??? Me dropping some body fat probably helped a smidge too. Weirdly this has been the least regimented I have ever been with my injections and AIs etc. I just dont feel like doing them or I get super lazy and do them a day late.

AM Weight 97.1kg Probably a bit of dehydration keeping that from being a lot higher. The carbs need water to grow into beautiful Glycogen babies so I am going to drink 2 liters of water with breakfast then nap and hit the gym for legs.
Slept like a baby last night after all those cals. 11+ hours almost straight through. Normally I get about a 6-7 hour stretch interrupted by 2-4 bathroom breaks. Diet sleep is way worse than Trensomnia.

Just Shut my Mouth So wifey is translating to me a lot of the things the trainers at our gym say about training etc and oh god its awful. Like ancient broscience awful. The thing is, they go to (and pay money for) these certification classes to teach them this bullshit. Its straight “women shouldnt do this because they will turn into a man” bullshit. Or their split which by itself is pretty bad and then you see the exercise selection gets way worse. Press / Pull / Legs / Delts / Arms. Delt day is just 5 anterior specific delt movements and a lateral raise. Women get 2 leg days (obv) and no press day (because they will turn into a man) so they actually dodge the delt impingement. But I have already spoke with 2 dudes about delt pain which was before I found out what their split was. Then the periodization is either do such light weight you dont sweat or the trainer is going to lift it all for you…so that you again dont sweat. They spot women on Squat the same way I spot my wife which in my case is welcomed sexual assault. In their case it is a lawsuit waiting to happen. Obv men dont get a spot because eeewwwww I might touch one. OK rant over so I just shut my mouth…I should offer a class covering all that.

Pretty sick all time volume PR even with self lift offs and about 4kg less bodyweight than my prior PR. Very promising BBing season. I am still very committed to hypertrophy and cutting right now but I have some numbers in my head that if I can hit while lighter in a hyper block using less drugs it will be MTHA FKN GO TIME after this block.
