I went to the wrong gym to train another free client LOL
BLOOD PRESSURE Had a headache after my first couple sets of Deads and then NO motivation so half ass workout. When I got home I tested my BP and it was about 15 points high (145/80 ish). Tested again after relaxing for a few minutes and it already came down a bunch (135/70 ish). I can only imagine what it was when I had the headacheā¦or when I used to have hella headaches last year.
So with that DIET I am starting the cut a bit early. Last year I didnt have headaches as long as I kept my food clean and took arimidex every day so I will do that again. This shouldnt be that hard, I ate a ton of junk over the weekend that I dont even eat on cheat days like Doritos, hotdogs and lunch meatā¦plus cupcakes. I will clean it up and lean it up a bit which it is about that time anyways because I wanted to be in better shape before getting blood work and starting the āSuppsā.
āSUPPSā My cycle this year is going to be 4 weeks of Dbol (no weight class so why not plus the weight comes off once off) and on Week 3 of the Dbol I will start Masteron in the 700-1000mg/ week range. Oh Current cycle is 875mg Test E per week with 0.5mg Arimidex every 36 hours. Aside from an arimidex bump that wont change. I have purposely been leaving estro higher than normal (some estro is pretty important for muscle gain but more importantly for me joint health). This probably contributed to the headaches and high BP.
I will try to do some cardio later and HAPPY TUESDAY!!! We survived Monday I guess.
Hey, have you had your hematocrit tested recently? Have you given blood recently?
Something to consider with respect to the BP issues. I suspect you are aware of this already, but thought I would ask.
Thank you. When I go in for blood work (Saturday) it is on the list and I did locate a blood donation clinic here too (just in case). Hematocrit is probably the biggest reason I am not running EQ tbh.

Everything felt heavy but got better as the workout went on. Just an off day, form wasnt great on those 150s either.
Switching to Standing OHP to help open my shoulders and pecs a bit more for Squatting. Judging by the sick Pec Pump these gave me I think this was smart.
DIET This is probably going to be the easiest cut ever, basically I am cutting down on my peanut butter consumption. Yes, I do eat that much peanut butter right now hahaha. Its sugar free but it is still basically fat paste with a splash of carbs and protein.
PROGRAMMING:

HAhaha actually I have too many plans and hella ADD. Luckily it is the offseason so I think I am going to evolve into a Heavy day light day. Also I found an old strength block (āINOLā) I used and loved for Squats/Bench and am going to use that for Deads. My butt still has that pinch or what ever so I am hoping this will rebuild it or heal it or what ever.
I have to donate regularly - I do double donation and try to beat my times. Iām only on 150 mg a week of Test C (TRT) and it affects my hematocrit. I run borderline high on BP often, 140/80, and have also found meditation and breathwork to help.
I really could use some meditation. Before sleeping I have been ditching the phone earlier and just thinking. Not quite the same but I feel it has helped life. Its also like the only time I have to myself right now hahaha.

Everything felt VERY quad dominant today (and heavy) so I am hoping that if I remember to drive through the heels a bit that fixes it.
Deads were a grind but I got em done and my butt nerve feels fine. āInol Blocksā are probably coming for everything pretty soon.

Machine dominated but I did get some Barbell Rows in with no issue. Only did 3x12 with 225 though (and this is how I noticed how unflat the floor was because looking in the mirrorā¦well see below, I took a photo while doing my barbell rows.
I am pretty sure a slanted floor is contributing to my Squat always being pitched forward there and making it more quad dominant than it should be. Ugh, to the people who have a gym with flat floors, a proper rack and plates I am so fkn jealous.
DIET IS DONE!!! LOL not really but I am back in much better shape. Once I stopped the trash consumption and bumped the arimidex my body transformed quite quickly.

Wanted more on bench but whatever. It was a cleaner 180kg than last and I was ādehydratedā.
Felt good to get that squat in. New PR for this year. It was ugly and high but I will fix that Monday.
Blood/Urine Results Fit as a fiddle. Hemocrit was 46% (ideal), kidneys good but I am at a risk for stones so that will be fun, white blood cells mildly elevated (probably for sick lately and pollution), and cholesterol is 205 where range is 0-200 but triglycerides are great. The cholesterol should drop as I get leaner and I wasnāt super strict with the sugar last week.
Speaking of leaner my belt made it to the last loop today which it hasnāt been there in a LONG time.
Saturdayās workoutā¦these are my favorite. Benches, Squats and everybody lifting at the same time.

Felt like I was carrying 2 people to the gym today no idea why but I didnt get as heavy as I wanted. Last 2 days I have been sleeping a ton. Didnt drink any coffee today probably part of it. I dont think I had any coffee yesterday either.
LOL 100.4kg AM Weight. I am pretty sure I have dropped at least 2kgs in the last 2 weeks. The places I have veins and definition and even some abs I would have never thought I was 100.4kg. Next time I have a good hair day I will post an update. Not sure how I will look tomorrow because I am going to smash Italian tonight. Probably this weekend though.

Pretty sure stance was too close and that limited my depth. Also when I hit my first 240kg I slow descended which made coming up like twice as hard so rather than keep adding weight I did more reps with 240kg
Deads felt good, this definitely inflamed the butt nerve that I am pretty sure is my SI nerve but it went away and the volume felt great.

POLLO LOCO!!! (Prices): Just bought 10 kilos of chicken breast for 440 pesos which is about 40% what I normally pay and considering I am eating almost a kilo a day this almost covers my steroid habit.
Speaking of gear MFKN DBOOOOLLL!!! 1st dose today 30mg about an hour pre-workout and when it hits it is very noticeable. I want 2 full weeks just to see how the Dbol works then I add in Masteron and I will front load the 1st week.
PROGRAMMING: Adjusting my program for the DBol, Squats arenāt changing. Lots of singles and auto-regulation. Bench goes āPlaidā and Deads will do a standard 4 week strength block.
