Saw it Sunday with my son - loved it. It’s funny because we were on vacation when it came out and he turned off all of his notifications and avoided social media so he wouldn’t get any plot spoilers. When I picked him up, he said, “You have no idea how excited I am. Not just to see the movie, but because I didn’t get any plot spoilers.”
Green shows cut PRs or goals met, yellow dates I used clen. Red shows a missed goal. First red marks will be for tomorrows leanest ever and I dont see me getting under the 95kg mark for tomorrow either.
This is probably the best tracker I have ever used. I have tracked before but not on this level and I used calories rather than food amounts. I have a ton of experience knowing what works for my body and I know the Protein I want to get so this is I think the best way to track for me. There are 2 more columns for cheat meals and physique notes but saving space. For some reason I wasnt tracking bathroom stuff but I will probably start (its important).
Papa=Potatoes if it is a small number I didnt weigh them I just threw that number in the pot with the rice. The larger numbers mean I weighed it.
I made really good progress the 1st 3.5 weeks but since switching to beef I have stalled out. Part of that was being sick but really I think it is the high fat content beef. Not a surprise really. I am technically a kg ahead of my original targets. This week was supposed to be my last week before adding Clen/Superdrol and switching to short estered drugs but it seems I have still another week of long ester so I get another chance.
Training Adjustements: I still have leg DOMS from Monday so I am pushing my leg workout to friday and I am dropping deads altogether. I will add RDLs to my “Quad workout”. Tomorrow will probably be Arms and Cardio.
Cheat Meal Burger King: ice cream cake, toaster stroodle, double XT Burger, chicken sandwich, some fries. It was meant to be 2 meals for early in Endgame and late in Endgame but it was all gone by the time Barton…it was gone very early in the movie. Then last night I stuck to the plan and ate the beef and metamucil. Today my appetite is back which feels great.
OK off to hit the gym for BOOBIES!!! Then tournaments for emotional suffering.
So dips have been destroying my collar bones and shoulders which is why I stopped them. but I did what I should hve done years ago and read how to do them. Today they felt great. I wasnt keeping my back straight or shoulders retracted. This shold help with Bench too.

Physique: I might have been a bit harsh. I did some hair removal and its not looking too bad. Even before that I could feel my butt fat a smidge lesser and my biceps have maturity (striations and even the beginning of a split) they didnt have before, even some veins starting to show! Of course not the ones I want LOL but pretty much all the other ones you can have on your biceps that arent the outside bicep.

I think me starting to really focus on the bicep squeeze especially at the top this last several months is what is giving my biceps these “maturity” gainz. Before I would just move weight and there are so many other muscles responsible for flexing the elbow.
AM Stats: 96.2kg 94.5cm waist That weight was a bit of a shock. Last night I could feel my butt and ab fat lesser. This morning my suspicions were confirmed this is the best I have looked to date. The vertical lines in my abs are now starting to show fully relaxed. My traps and post delts are starting to have striations and the Xmas tree is looking better too. This might be that I bumped upped carbs a bit while dropping fat so I am a bit fuller with probably lesser calories. With the beef I instinctively dropped a significant amount of carbs to make up for the fat of the beef.
Well anywho, Motivation was really tested yesterday trying to suffer through chicken breast but now it is ALL SYSTEMS GOOOOO!!!
Still have a long ways to go but we are getting there. That is also post Squats and so I got that post workout puff (not pump) happening but you get the idea where I am at.

That Pause Triple at 200kg is an all time PR belted or not. You use a belt, you need it. If you can lift with out it then adding it will add weight immediately to your lifts.

AM Stats: 95.5kg 93.5cm Waist That was pretty disappointing. I really thought I was about to go on a run BUUUT if I am being reflective there are some things I need to cut out. Soy sauce (I will use fresh squeezed limes for flavor), flavored beverages (no more diet soda or other stuff I will drink water). Also with the AC I have not been waking up incredibly dehydrated so I have been able to go to the gym on 1 meal. I will start making sure I get 2 in. That should give me more energy for the gym while also burning more in the gym. I also didnt have any night sweats last night so that probably had me holding more water in the AM than normal. Post final meal cardio is also on the table.
Diet: I am going to keep my highs the same (Mon/Thurs for legs) but I will lower the lows a bit. Todays low is going to be super low so maybe I can move that scale.
Breakfast: 150g Oats + 100g Chicken Breast
CHEAT DAY…sort of: Baked potato Fries 1kg with 500g ground chicken (same macros as breast)
Sometimes just changing the presentation goes a long ways…or at least it better.

This as actually a pretty good workout. Energy was low but the pump still happened. Also I found out where I will be taking future progress photos. Beach body bathroom is bomb diggity (we still say that right? LOL i am so old to even know that).
So you wanna be a Bodybuilda? Another horror story for the kids. This morning I did my shot of Tren Ace. Well I warmed it up for hopefully less PIP. The trade off is that Tren Cough is exacerbated if it is going to happen. I also did 2cc instead of 1 (finishing the vial I thought it was going to be less but YOLO…night sweats should get me under 95kg tonight though LOL). Well I got half way through my shot and started to have one of the worst Tren coughs I had ever had. So I am coughing with the pin sticking out of my butt just causing all kinds of muscle damage I am sure. So then I had to finish the shot and then my ass was in soooo much pain. I will be shocked if I can squat tomorrow. Mind you this is at like 5am with the house sleeping, wifey was not thrilled with me waking her up. The only upside which was shocking to me is that I didnt bleed all over the place.
In other Drugs News: I think I am going to start the Clen early. This will give me one week of clen before starting the 3 weeks of Superdrol. The Clen will get done 10 days before the SD so that should allow me to fill out a bit while still cutting.
Predictions: Not even close. I had hoped to be ~5-6% at about 87-90kg. But originally I thought I was ~15% at 99kg on 4-2. I have since added 2% to that so at best I think I can hope to lose another 4-5kg getting me down to ~90kg and 7-8%. I assume I am not done adding %s to the original number either. On the plus side I am close to my leanest ever so no matter what I will finish this cut at a PR…just maybe not the one I wanted.
Soul Crushed, WE ARE GOING NUCLEAR!!! 230AM Stats 96.1kg and 94.5cm Waist. I was absolutely miserable all day yesterday (well under 2k calories, gym and then we went to a pool and ran errands so very active) and this is how my body does me? I gained 0.6kg, fk off body. The only hopes I have are that I didnt go to the bathroom yesterday and I have an ab vein coming through in my upper abs which is all time new. Lower ab veins I had before.
Meat is weighed after cooking and those calories are listed for raw so calories and macros are a bit higher but mostly just in the protein. 1kg of fish cooked down to ~420g and 1kg of chicken cooked down to ~650g which I think is crazy.
Part 2 of Nuclear is we are starting Clen. If I am going to go this hard (eating broccoli FFS) you better believe my drugs are going to go harder. No more fkn around I have to drop 6kg in 4 weeks.
Part 3 of Nuclear is watching all the BBing videos on youtube I can particularly BBers documenting their prep. Shred through osmosis.
But seriously I have to have elite bad genetics in the mind department to getting shredded. I get to 15% and my body goes into constant hunger mode. 12% and I have no energy and my mind keeps telling me my body is eating itself which is where I am now I think.

That was brutal. I was so tired and weak feeling after working out it was actually hard to eat. It took me 30 minutes to eat a bowl of food and that has to be some kind of PR.,and just checked my sheets 13@180kg is an actual all time PR (regardless of belted or bikini prep) so my strength hasnt fallen off much…just energy levels and mental stability but who needs those.
Tracking i am pretty glad I am tracking the way I do. I noticed that of the 4kg I have lost in the 5.5 weeks of going hard it all came off on two separate 48 hour blocks. The first happened just as I started tracking both progress and being more strict with my diet (I had already lost 3kg intuitively). The 2nd happened when I got back from Rodeo so both came after some version of a diet break back into strictness. If I still havent dropped weight tomorrow I will do a cheat meal. No matter what I will be adding a 5th meal tomorrow because it will be a 2 a day. Ironically the less progress I show tomorrow the nastier (more awesome) that 5th meal is going to be. Oooooo baby I am thinking ice cream and an entire pizza!!! Come on no progress, daddy needs a real meal.
New Program…we are going for it Now when looking at that you are probably thinking what an idiot attempting 3x per week Bench work while trying to get shredded especially when it failed in the past. Well, I am being a lot smarter about it this time. Everything is scripted and much less volume and intensity to let the frequency shine. Also if it doesnt work it is a really simple fix of making Thursday an arm day. But aside from benching I know this gives my deads the best chance to improve…because the way my energy levels are going deads after squatting will be near impossible. For Squats and Deads I will also be running a version of 531. Bench press is a strength block.
The other incredibly fair criticism of my training is the constant changing of it and to that I say I am a BBer, I do what feels good LOL But I have consistently Squatted, Benched and trained back regardless of “program” so the important stuff is consistent.
AM Stats: 95.55kg 93.5cm Waist Weight on its way back down so no cheat meals and I went to the bathroom for the first time since Saturday so I have a really good feeling I will weigh in the 94s tomorrow.
Subjectively: Butt fat feels lesser, lower ab fat looks lesser and my forearm vascularity was on another level today. So no cheats today. Tomorrow is going to be a high day whether I make a weight PR or not because I need to survive that 2 a day.

Diet: Its pretty pathetic how I feel eating 2500 calories. I am glad I started looking at the calories because seeing that makes it easier mentally. That breakfast was amazing (all mixed together), it minds well have been biscuits and gravy.
Physique Update: Comparing this to my last one I look sooooo small and honestly not that much more defined…just in the waist area so I guess that is the important area.

AM Stats: 94.45kg 93cm Waist and I know the weight will come back up after todays high day but once I get it there it isnt hard to get back and/or maintain that weight.
Diet Break: Contemplating eating around 3k calories Friday and Saturday or perhaps even longer which should be around maintenance. Not really a diet break as there wont be any cheating but a cut break. This would simply be for physiological reasons not psychological. After today all that suffering the last 3 days was easy…in hindsight. I can go all year LOL Also I think I might have found a legit drug source so that would really open up a lot of doors not being limited by leftovers. They had HALOOO!!! and deliver so here’s hoping. That Halo would be a game changer…so would a drug source with 2 day delivery. Science Bless Mexico.

Mi hermano (the bionic one) was there at the gym randomly so he pushed me to put in more work than I had planned (or wanted to) so that is pretty good.
Wifey is driving me insane. She claims to be sooooo hungry but cant decide on what to eat. Well she knows she wants a burger but they dont have the exact one she wants and I am all like just call them and tell them you want this on your burger and she wont because that would be the simplest easiest solution. Skipped Abs because I drank too much water.
I had a 3 hour nap after my 2nd meal. The funny thing is today I took my clen at 630am and by 11am was napping until 1pm. I also slept 9+ hours last night. I think the diet affects my sleep more than the tren.
Diet Reset: I am going to reset my diet. Add back in eggs for breakfast, no more low or high days (except Sunday) and 5 total meals rather than 4. Calories are going up to about 2900 to start. I will lower as needed. I think this should just make everything simpler, give me energy for training and make the rest of the cut easier. I will lower rice as needed and then drop eggs for chicken breast when needed. I am also taking a break from pinning Roids so that feels nice on the booty.

I wanted to do some Deads but those Squat sets damn near killed me. That Quad pump was insane though. Veins everywhere. It really got into my hamstrings and glutes too. I am dropping Deads (and low bar) until this cut is over and just go full Pump mode.
Cut Break I will be eating clean but I am sick of having 0 energy so I am going to just eat this weekend. Clean but as much as I want. I will probably weigh 97-98kg come Monday but it is what it is. It will be glycogen not fat then if I am ready I will restart the cut Monday or maybe even later. The longer I can be at maintenance I know the easier the back end of this cut will be.
Lucifer Kind of shocked to hear they are doing a 5th season but I am excited. Good ending of Season 4, Eve in a lot of ways is my favorite character (its the LOLz…and flash backs).

That 10.5 is a PR. Well I guess technically the 10 was at 142.5 kg (315lbs) but that was just 10 reps not 10.5 LOL Also that was my 3rd working set not my first. My delts held up fine enough this week but not good enough to try benching 3x a week long term, yet. My arch, form and confidence has gotten great though. I know that is the point of the volume in these Strength blocks but I am pretty sure the Frequency definitely helped with the arch and form.

Life after BBing I am building my next PLing prep. TBH the only thing I cant figure out is the split. I have accepted that Deads need their own day. That is fkn everything up. I also dont want bench the day after Low bar squats. I cant train any of the big 3 on Sunday. I dont want to double up workouts because the 2nd always get the lazy shaft. Back would be fine with this though as it is my stongest body part.
