Quads feeling better and form better too. I think the Pause squats helped with both of that. I am going to make Pause Squats my “main” lift for this BBing cut.

AM Stats: 97.2kg 95.5cm waist Today was the first day that my energy really took a hit so I took a hit of preworkout Tren Ace and Mast Prop YOLO. I doubt it helped much with this workout but it will help with recovery I am sure.

CHEAT MEAL!!! I can come up with a ton of justifications for a cheat meal (I earned it, energy low, help me sleep for a huge work day tomorrow, recharge the metabolism even though I think that one might be bogus) but mostly it is a preemptive strike against a mental melt down. Later we are going to have a street burger and then I will have a box of cereal with chocolate milk and peanut butter…and some kind of cookie. Maybe oreos.

Drugs Not running Clen this week and lowered my doses on the tren and mast to 300ish mg. Everything is going pretty well but also I am saving it to kind of prolong this I have no idea the condition I will be in when I get back from Rodeo but I will be going hard AF.

Diet: This couple days will be 400g rice and 600g chicken. I started prepping the meals to make it easier to ration. Hunger and cravings havent really been an issue. In the morning energy sucks really bad until I get a few meals and a couple liters of water in me.

Physique: TRASH I think today still I have not fully recovered from my diet break. I am incredibly close but just not there yet. Saturday my hamstrings were coming in. Today they still arent as sharp as they were that day. Mi suegra told me that my face was less fat though so maybe there is some progress. She didnt use those exact words, but I know what she meant.

AM Stats:97.4 kg 95cm waist So just as I get it all back together I go on break for 3 days with no training. I am sure we will be pretty active though.

Diet Bro Science: All my carbs will be eaten earlier in the day and my last meal at 7pm will be just 200g of chicken. I know I know suppsedly it is Calories in Calories out, well calories are borderline bullshit and this works. I will know for sure tomorrow. I actually bumped my rice by 100g today and everything else is the same so we will see how I wake up tomorrow.

I knew all that cardio I didnt do would pay off. Return of 531…ish I actually made this program for Luis and decided to run it. Only changes are me having some main work and using the 531 as back downs. The numbers are pretty low for Hypertrophy work. If I need to get more pumpy during the cut I will just stop and resume this program post cut.

“Supplements” Going to try Ephedrine at just the first 25mg dose and add as I can handle it. I have a decent response to stimulants but if it spikes my blood pressure I will drop it. I will also use Caffiene with the 1st and preworkout Ephedrine doses and cycle off as needed and not use it Sundays. I would just drink Coffee but that gets in the way of drinking large amounts of water and is also more expensive to get the same dose.

So you want to be a BBer… Not everything is done every day but that is when it happens if it happens. i will probably be in bed well before 9pm but I can hope.

AM Stats: 96.85kg 95.5cm Waist AND VISIBLE AB FUCKING VEIN!!! LETS FKN GOOOO!!! That weight is a PR and I havent seen an ab vein like that since the first day I had them so I am skipping the diet kickstart.

LOL Mi Suegro after finding out I lost about a KG and he gained 2 “ITS NOT FAIR, you had 2 caguama’s (40s)” No, it is exactly fair. I took my own food and didnt eat any of the sugar which he ate all of it. I drank easily 4x as much as he did on 2 separate occasions (those 40s were the tip of the beerberg) and we did the same amount of cardio but since his only exercise is cardio and he has no muscle mass it really doesnt do much for him. I explained sugar is way worse for a cut than alcohol (we have already had the cardio talk several times over but in the end something is better than nothing and he isnt going to lift anything heavy…his hands are creepy soft). Sugar is worse for 2 huge reasons, 1 it just is and #2 people will have sugar with every meal and in between meals. You dont drink like that (i mean I dont drink like that anymore and when I never gained weight like I did from eating sugar).

I skipped deads because Squats damn near killed me. The Ephedrine pills didnt help much…or they helped way too much however you want to look at that. Ephedrine fkn sucks or what ever this proprietary blend of Ephedrine Alkoloids and other stuff is. Which brings me too…

Program Adjustment: Fluff and PUFF Dropping deads to once a week and they get their own “Hamstring Day”. I will drop them completely if needed. It will pain me but in the end BBing is what I am doing right now. Truthfully the training isnt going to make or break this cut. I will just have to go in and do what I can as this gets worse. I will also adjust my squat sets if needed.

Injury Rant LOL This moron bragged about finishing a rep through what they thought was a tear happening. Cool bro, how many reps you going to get when you cant lift for 6 months rehabbing a torn muscle?

330 AM Stats: 96.2kg 94.5cm Waist Both are cut PRs but I am taking it with a grain of salt because yesterday the Ephedrine supp made me spend considerable time in the bathroom. Today the supp doesnt feel nearly as harsh or maybe I just have nothing left to give LOL. Possibly the best thing about it might be the appetite suppressant. Yesterday I barely finished my food.

OK tournament time before Back and Bis…and abs.

2pm Weight 95.95kg…errr well that explains the cramps. I ate 2 meals and 3+ liters of water and I lost weight? Also been cold all day but my quad veins have been randomly showing up and my Bench has dropped 10kg so I must be getting pretty fkn lean. Cravings have started too and my chubby hubby wedding ring is dangerously loose. And BBers do this for weeks…I mean I am going to do this for weeks more.

Bikini Prep Cheat meal:

It isnt much but I need it so I dont snap, I think I might be losing weight too fast anyways. 3 eggs, bit of onion and a bunch of chicken juice mixed with a caldo thing added to my usual last meal. So salty, so good. Should help with the cramps too. Probably an extra 500 calories bringing today to 2900ish.

230am 95.95kg and 94.5cm Waist Pretty happy with that after the salty cheat meal. My insomnia hasnt gotten worse I was sleeping at 8pm last night so this was 6 hours of sleep. I also had a 2 hour nap yesterday.

Adjustments:
-Post workout Protein shake. Ephedra makes it hard to eat post workout and I am sore in my legs still from monday so going to bump protein and try to hit that “anabolic window” to hopefully help.
-Taking Ephedra after a liter of water rather than when I first wake up to get a running start at the dehydration that happens every night.
-Wiinstrol is taken all 80mg in the AM because it is just easier. Its raw powder rather than caps so kind of annoying.

My program went to shit anyways so I am going to try this. Basically it is a way tamed down version of a contest prep I will run next time. This will let me see if it is feasible to still Low Bar and Bench. I will be using pause work to keep the weights lighter…and time under tension etc. Also all RPE so me being uber weak wont matter.

Physique: We getting close to leanest ever Butt fat is less than a cm thick and I can push into my Xmas Tree area and easily feel hardness under. Those are the last 2 areas with fat. Nothing looks hard and grainy or even super defined yet but it is coming.

Am Stats: 96.0kg 94.5cm Waist and hella dehydrated and sick feeling.

I kind of panicked so I took a bunch of pills …like 3 and not serious ones i just was terrified of getting violently ill again. Turns out i got 1 for anti bathroom and 1 pro bathroom LOL

I crashed into a mexicoma for 6 hours.

Feeling much better now but it looks like I am training this rest muscle I keep hearing about. No supps, no work, no gym and eating and drinking as much of what ever I can. I love OJ, really wish the only time I drank wasn’t when I was sick.

I will restart everything tomorrow if i feel up to it. Probably dropping the Winstrol anyways.

So after 2 days on my death bed i actually think I wasnt sick but had severe dehydration. So lets start with Ephedra Supplement Review: FUCK NO does it work? maybe, or maybe that was just severe dehydration. Even if it did work Clen is a way cleaner “feeling” fat burner that is also completely proven (ask the doctors which is actually safer idk). Now I was using an Ephedra Alkoloid supp with a ton of proprietary shit in it including but not limited to vitamin Bs, caffeine and yohimbe (which I had heard you shouldnt mix with Ephedra). I would like to try just ephedra with out the garbage but not anytime soon (that is what I thought I bought).

Since stopping the Ephedra my body has started looking better and better as I carb and liquid up kind of hard (calories were still pretty low). This morning might have been the straw that broke the camels back though so we will see where we are at tomorrow. I am hoping I can eat beef for at least a week and still make progress. I will also be making my potatoes in the oven as french fries with out oil because so sick of potatoes and rice. Probably because I got sick.

AM Stats 95.75kg 94cm waist Yesterday I was 95.4kg and 94cm waist as well which are both cut PRs but I am also showing much more definition every where esp in the abs. Butt fat is lesser too. Today it looks like the beginning of the rebound.

I am bringing dips back, kind of thanks to Luis who mentioned how when his dips were good his bench was best and tbh I kind of think Dips are the best pressing movement. I stopped them because they were causing issues with my collar bone but i doubt I will be doing 4 plate dips again anytime soon. I also noticed I felt them in my delts but muscular not joint pain and in my triceps which I have not been able to do any training with so huraaaayyy for dips.

Luis’s Programming: Ok so the last 6 months or so we have really focused on keeping him healthy and pain free. Well he said thank you but no thanks. He said this was the healthiest he has ever been but he has made 0 gainz LOL so now it is back to bring the PAIN!!! My theory was he was missing workout for injuries (he has no chill in the gym) so if I can keep him healthy he would miss less workouts, well going forward we will try to find a more agressive balance to that.

OK Time to finish lighting money on fire in these tournaments. I really need to quit playing these.

AM Stats: 95.6kg 94.5cm Waist I think the rebound has passed thanks to a pretty aggro diet today. The next couple days that waist and weight should start dropping again as things get “moving” again LOL.

Diet: 3 Eggs / 150g Oats / Protein Powder ~300g Grilled Beef (Weighed after cooked) / 4 Potatoes / 1 Sleeve of Crackers (less than 300 cals) Not sure Macros but Bikini Diet Status still applies. I will probably bump calories the next couple days in hopes of better training and 2 a days.

wastched a bunch of the Kern US Open last couple days Marianna and Cohen are absolute machines!!! Of course Eury Belkin and a couple others were pretty bad ass too. Other than that Kern needs to make some serious improvements if they still want to be a thing. Wilks is outdated, Kern should have 3+ years of data they can make their own specific rating for that competition would be huge. They would also be able to update it after every year and this would make them the premier points based competition until somebody else replicates it. My other huge issue is their platform is consistent shit. Not sure how that happens. Lastly a fkn bear in a cage? Like you thought that was more important than a platform and everything else you probably skipped out on?

I had a huge breakfast (oops), i skipped some auxillaries (oops), and I havent gone to the bathroom since Friday…maybe thursday for all the anti bano pills I took in fear of getting sick. Well I took my AIs, and to makeup for the carb bloat my last 2 meals are going to be 100g beef and 2 spoons of metamucil. Things should get back to normal tomorrow because I am supposed to be in the 94s by Thursday!!!
