450 an all time PR by 10lbs but it was ugly and I am pretty sure butt came up. Delts didnt feel great today and the floor was super slippery. The only set I didnt have an issue was the 405.

435-Feet slipped a solid 6 inches, slowed a bit

Had I chosen my sets a little better and gone 405-425-445 I think 445 was there for all whites and just to be on the safe side my attempts for Bench are 180-192.5-202.5 adjusted as needed.

1st, there is absolutely NO reason I should miss any of those 2nds. Even the deadlift, my grip has made a noticeable improvement the last couple weeks. What will be there for 3rds I have no idea for Squat or Deadlift, but Bench 202.5 should be in the bag.
The important thing will be to go 9 for 9 even with something like 285-195-300 that will be my best total and should put me in a decent shot to place/win. But I will need to chip out what ever is there for 3rds. (Welllll actually I can gamble a bit on my 3rd Squat and still go 200-300 for a meet PRā¦which I wont but it gives me the confidence to ATTACK after a sub-par Squat peak.)
Ok so my only actual meet (video below) I totaled 685 with a 431 Wilks at 92.4kg. So I added those in here to make me feel better. If I hit my openers I will shatter that
Best Mock Meet total was 773kg at 95kg and 480 Wilks. This will take some work.
Mexi Record is 795kg (raw any weight class) and this is a long shot.
Pink numbers are Wilks that will be adjusted after I weigh in. Despite my best efforts I weighed just 99.3kg this morning so I think with a mild effort water cut I should come in around 95kg which makes some of these Wilks goals a lot more achievable.
āKilos neededā as I fill in my attempts it will tell me how much I need which really wont matter until my 3rd Deadlifts.
I will add another chart somewhere for the leaders and the Dead openers and keep track of that.
This is my only real meet, and Nationals is exactly 51 weeks after this. So as disappointing as this Comp might turn out (if I dont at least beat my Mock Meet PR) it is still pretty cool that if I just hit my openers it will be a 27.5kg actual meet PR. Watching that also reminded me how much fun this is going to be and how much I want to lift on Saturday with Luis.

You might want to double check that. Often the rule is that there can be movement of the foot where it isnāt in contact with the floor, BUT if the part of the foot on the floor moves from where it was when you got the start command it gets you red lights.
So, for example, heel movement up or down or swivelling of the foot around the point of contact on the floor is fine, or even reduction of area of foot in contact with the floor is fine; but the moment the point of contact changes position on the floor (ie foot moves forward, backward or sideways) then it isnāt OK.
See causes of disqualification number two: āexcessive movement or change of contact of the feet during the lift properā.
So you might want to check with the side judges what constitutes excessive movement, because thatās the only one that really is open to interpretation. The change of contact is usually cut and dried.

A LOT of people got red-lighted at my competition on the bench due to foot movement. They were being extremely picky, and ANY foot movement once the bar was taken off the rack resulted in a DQ. I didnāt see it but one guy said he got red-lighted before the press command. That would be a shitty way to go!
You could always bring some floor mats. The rules allow you to use blocks for benching, remember.

I knew about the blocks I did not know about the mats. Now I feel like a moron though LOL. I have a yoga mat I have chopped for the Bench sticky mat no idea why I didnt use that for the floor too.

That much off time will be brutal, I trained every day on my Wedding week and Honey moon (hungover AF erday I might add). LOL I did a 1000 rep arm workout before my first wedding (same wife but law wedding was 3 weeks before big wedding).

I am going to get into Brandon Allen. He recently got an 88 tattoo. 88 is a well known Neo Nazi slogan or what ever. The font he used is even the font traditionally used in 88 tats and tags etc. In his defense it could be his birth year but I dont really think he is the type to memorialize that with a belly tat. He also refuses to discuss any of his tats even this one that would be so easy to just say itās my birth year.
I get into him because a couple years ago I would have given the benefit of the doubt. But I think the benefit has been given for too long and now people think they can get Neo Nazi tats and open Neo Nazis are running for public office and winning.
And hate speech is not covered in freedom of speech the same way murder isnt covered by free will. The other stupid argument I hear is that Antifa is fascistā¦yea the same way the Allies were Nazis.

It doesnāt say what they have to be made of:

AM WEIGHT: 99.3kg in PJs. Current Water cut plan is to eat what ever keeps my calories up today and tomorrow. Wednesday/Thursday I will eat as clean as possible and keep the Salt-Lite as high as possible too.
DIET: Dropped Caffeine after Saturday. Eating as much Salt-Lite and calories as possible in pretty much any way possible. Just finished a Weight Gainer shake with 3 bananas in it. Annnnd started āYOLO Cafeā (Dbol+Superdrol 20/20mg). Going to unenjoy this while I am because I will never run another cycle like this LOL.
Water Cut
Today and Tomorrow: Everything that keeps calories high
Wednesday and Thursday: Clean and Tons of Salt-Lite (this will drop 1-2kg water weight in itself from dropping the junk food)
Friday: Oats and Eggs in AM, 500g Beef and 500g Veggies rest of day.
Last food by 6pm, last water by 8pm. 5+ Liters of water with 1 Lemon in last Liter. No Salt-Lite
Saturday Weigh In: 200g Rice, 400g Beef, 500g potato, taurine, Salt-Lite in food. Lots of water, OJ and probably a gatorade or 2. I am going to try to get most of my carbs from the OJ so I hopefully dont have to have too many bathroom breaks on Sunday.
SUNDAY: LETS FKN GOOOOOOO!!!
I think 95-96kg should be easy. I think 94 or even 93kg weigh in probable. I dont really want to drop too much because the way this prep has gone I feel my performance is more tied to my weight than it has been in the past.

Everything was a little grindy today. I didnt realize I benched 3 days ago and that explains that but as for Squatsā¦
I will probably look to Squat Thursday, a little 3x5@135-225 and some pump work. Squat mobility/form isnt great after my last 4 Squat Workouts having 3 days rest between each. Stretching really doesnt do much for my mobility unless I am in the extreme range of immobile. I didnt do a super lot of warmups today either but I think getting the blood moving will help everything.
Back has been starting to say hello which is another tell tale sign I am getting immobile and need more frequency.
AM WEIGHT: 99.9kg Nice bounce back so I started the clean eats today. 150g Oats, 5 Eggs, 300g Rice weighed raw, 500g Potato and ~500g Ground Beef and Pork weighed after cooking. Probably in the low 3000s for calories. If I manage to eat all that in a day I will probably add some kind of egg something or other for a late night snackā¦or just enjoy being hungry for once.

So I found out it is a 48 hour weigh inā¦not really, the dude running it just has 0 fkn clue WTF he is doing so when we called about registration we found out half the heavy weights are weighing on Friday to compete on Sunday.
That is the tip of the ice berg. Luis and I have been in contact with the tourney director for months and nothing is consistent.
RIght now I am going over the logistics of leaving today and weighing in tomorrow. I wont be the 94-95kg I thought I would be (regardless, see below) but I really just dont want to be rehydrating and handling Luis all Saturday.
In other News:
Botslayer Programs Vol. 2 are 95% done (just have to clean up the Jargon page) but wont post them until next week when I have more time to answer questionsā¦I mean I assume people will ask them.
AM Weight and PM Weight are not that different probably because of the liter of water I drink every night. I also have not dropped that much weight from the clean eating most likely because of Dbol. I am not mad about that, I will probably be 2kg heavier than I thought (completely fkn Wilks chances) but I think the extra weight is exactly where I want it.

Parral is a beautiful little city, the gym is not ACed but we are up in the hills and more north so the heat is not so bad.
Equipment hasnāt arrived for comp yet but i am interested (nervous) to see how they set it up. I assume they are bringing more plates for warmups, its a small gym and i am not sure i saw six 45s in the whole gym. I would love to take my last warmups on stage like Coan though.
Used the gym scale and i am 101.2kg in shoes with a little more to eat and another liter to drink. Weigh in might not be until 10 so I might push the last of the food and water a little later than planned.
95% I compete Saturday on top of everything logistically there are 2 flights saturday so i am sure i will be there until late anyways and i will feel way worse sunday than i will feel just competing saturday. I wont be with the big boys but i am not really competing against them anyways. I place what I place get the kilos i can.

He was also in Jiminez (that is not how you spell it) which is about 45 minutes from here playing on what i think is the Comp equipment. Ivanko Kilo plates, i think a mono hard to tell from video and at least one other power rack and i assume they brought it all.
I had heard rumors there was a mono in the middle of nowhere in Northern Mexico and Jiminez fits that location :)⦠And it would seem fits the rumor too.
water cut was bloated Af and with no carbs can only mean estro or progesterone and like an idiot i did not bring enough arimidex. My estro can spike after squats but i need to make it through tbose first. I have 1mg and it will work but just 1 more would go a long way. I will see if the farmacias have anything.
Also obviously insomnia and a carb headache that finally went away after about 12 hours. I just want to weigh in and eat and sleep.
Good luck mate. If they do use a mono, try to get a set or two before your first attempt. The pickup is noticeably different. Youāll want to have your feet further in front of you when you set up than is youāre walking out.
