My wife teaches 5th grade and has for 15 years.
Every teacher, principle, assistant principle etc at her school is female. They had all sorts of issues with male students for years until 4 years ago they placed a resource officer in every single school in the district. They are PD from the city the school resides in.
Her school got Officer Wade, a large black guy - former military. He is awesome. He has children himself and is a commanding strong male presence. He will snatch trouble makers out of class and even handcuff them and put them in his patrol car.
On the flip side he plays basketball and other games with them daily, eat lunch with them, and is a positive role model for many boys that do not have a father in the home. But, they also fear and respect him. IMO he has transformed the school for the better just by his presence.

My uncle is a 5th teacher in an urban area. He has lots of kids from single family homes. I think a lot of the boys in his classes end up looking to him as a father figure.

This is about me being frustrated that that I’m 32 years old but I still don’t have a boyfriend or a boyftiend or a family of my own.

As I’ve said on this forum several times through the years in related threads, few things make a man angrier than lack of a woman. I believe many men understand this because they’ve experienced it, but likely won’t admit it because it’s embarrassing, and the ones who don’t dismiss the sort of men who have never been without women since puberty, which is contradictory. I mean, if women weren’t so important to them, why would they have been with them all this time and spent their resources on them, including time, money, and emotional energy? The reason is because they know life is better with women.
Although no sane taken man would do this, if he dismisses what I say here, he can do a mental exercise: ponder the thought of dumping his woman, have minimal dealings with women, and imagine how he’d feel after about a year, including what it feels like to be that womanless chump (not an actual chump, but what is felt to be so) at parties, weddings, the beach, and so on.
I once said on here that a childhood friend said to me long ago, “Being womanless around men with women is one of the stupidest feelings.” An transparent poster, former incel himself, agreed.
Men as a whole are very needy in this area.
Granted, womanless men have to get anger under control if they want to correct their situations.
