Fructose Storage

If Fructose (and galactose) can only replenish liver glycogen, and not muscle glycogen, where would the extra fructose/galactose go to? Say I eat a 150g of fructose, and my liver can only store 100g of glycogen, where would the rest of that 50g go? Would it be stored as fat, or would it continue to circulate in the blood stream so that its used up for energy?

Bump.

Guess no one knows about this stuff, just like me, eh.

Either fructose is stored as glycogen in the liver

OR

The liver metabolises fructose into glucose.

Glucose can then be used as an energy source or stored as fat.

My google search also told me that:
“Fructose is found in fruits, honey, and the sole sugar in bull and human semen”

Fucking interesting if you ask me! Just bulls and men? No other animals? I feel pretty special.
