It was on National Public Radio nationwide at 5pm, and I heard about it while driving home. The reason that there’s not a bigger fuss about it is that the vast majority of the world learned about my first moon landing over a quarter century ago, and the TransOrbital people are doing it as kind of a joke while they survey the rest of the moon.
TenMan, are you familiar with argumentum ad hominem? The circumstantial form of this logical fallacy is where you try to discredit what someone is saying because of their circumstances (i.e. Neil Armstrong is posting a fact on a weightlifting forum therefore what he is saying is false). Please pay me some more respect – after all, I am a national hero and I HAVE been to the moon.
