Oh yeah same. From all the different barbells to the monolift and different machines, it is just so cool! It’s definitely what I’m striving to steadily build in my home gym over time.
Because of my work all week I wasn’t able to workout until yesterday. So I just decided to mesh them all together yesterday. Took almost 2 hours. But it was fun!

This next week should be more normal. Just a couple of days of having to be in SLC for training for my new job.
Because of how busy was last week was for me my weight went back up a bit. Okay maybe it had more to do with me going all out splurging on the Valentine’s dinner with my wife. ![]()
But it’s okay I’m confident I’ll be back down to 196 in no time. I think I’ll be down to 190 in 2-3 weeks.
Looks like I’m going to have to explain the term “fun” to you, my dude. (Haha!)

Thanks! Yeah maybe my sense of fun is a bit different then the usual haha.
That being said I’m excited for the OHP workout tomorrow. It’s a great feeling being excited for every workout. Guess I’m in one of those sweet spots with training in that sense.
