From bodybuilder to climber wants to lose a few kilos

a few months ago I chose to stop bodybuilding and switch to climbing and I still put my training through the body once a week divided into shoulders/legs and back/chest and all the other days a lot of climbing

so far it has been possible to lose 9 kilos as self us has been some muscle mass with a calorie deficit of 700 calories there has been progressive but would like to lose 5 kilos more but have stalled a bit and over weigh and want to try some t4 since I have 50 pieces lying around 100mg

right now i am running 20mg test prop ed as trt and 2 ui hgh ed and think i will try add 200mg t4 ed for 25 days

don’t mind throwing on some more mass but think 200mg t4 will do the trick?

Height 173cm

Weight 74 kilo
