Bodyweight: 156.0lbs waking up pre-shit

OH Press: 116lbs (2x5) [3:45] - heavy but easier than last time

Squat: 241lbs (3x6) [4:30] - form was really good today I thought, first time in a while I’ve felt this

CGBP: 126lbs (x19) [wrist wraps] - coulda went for 20 but didn’t want to push my luck

Deadlift: 196lbs (“x20” = 5+5+1+1+…+2) - lol

Left quad still tight.

05/07/10:

Bodyweight: ??

OH Press: 121lbs (x5); 116lbs (x5) [3:30]

Squat: 246lbs (6/5/5) [5:00]

T-Bar Rows: 85lbs (3x5) - getting easier I think

CGBP: 126lbs (x19) - harder than last time =/

I’m exhausted from studying and not getting enough sleep.

05/15/10:

Bodyweight: Lighter

OH Press: 116lbs (2x5) - not bad, second set was easier due to better form, I kept it closer to my neck and did have some leanback, which helps

Squat: 241lbs (3x5) [4 & 4.5-min breaks] - these were tough, but that partially was due to my tight left quad, which I still have not massaged yet (Finals)

CGBP: 126lbs (x19)

Deadlift: 201lbs (“x20” = 10+2+2+2+4) - gained strength apparently

So I didn’t lift for a week due to Finals, but surprisingly I have not lost much strength. Very nice.

05/18/10:

Bodyweight: 154.4lbs waking up… much lighter.

OH Press: 121lbs (x4); 116lbs (x5) - long break

Squat: 246lbs (3x5) [5+min breaks] - extremely tough, my quad is still tight, need to massage more

I’ve lost too much weight! It’s why I’m weaker.

CGBP: “146lbs” (x14; x13) [~12 mins, maybe less] - could have gotten 15 for sure on that first set

Squat: 261lbs (2x5) [5 mins] - very tough, no way I could have gotten a 3rd set

Forearm Curls: 3 sets x many reps

Front and Side Bicep Raises: 5lbs x many reps

Lying Abs: BW (2x16)

06/01/10:

Paused Oly Squat: 226lbs (2x7) [4 mins] - back felt funny so I stopped after second set

Forearm Curls: “45lbs” x 3 sets x many reps

06/04/10:

CGBP: “151lbs” (3x10) [8 mins]

Romanian/SL Deadlift Combo: 166lbs (8/8/9) - deloading onto the floor every 3 reps on the 3rd set, which is what I’m going to do from now on

Lying Abs: BW (2x20)

06/07/10:

OH Press: “125lbs” (2x7) [6 mins] - 2nd set was to failure so I didn’t go for a 3rd

Chins: BW (3x7) [4 mins]

Squat: 246lbs (5x5) [4.5mins]

MM Rows (double): 2x20

MM Rows (single): 2x15

06/08/10:

CGBP: “156lbs” (10/10/8) [9mins, 10mins] - bad liftoff led to a horrible set

Bicep Curls: 45lbs (19/20) - 2nd set was not strict form

Forearm Curls: “45lbs” (1 x many reps)

Side Raises: 5lbs (1 set)

06/10/10:

OH Press: “131lbs” (5/5/5/4) [4.5mins]

Deadlift: 216lbs (x10) - brief pause after rep 8

Chins: BW (3x7) [5 mins] - heavier than last time when I did these, longer breaks as well

Forearm Curls: “45lbs” (2 x many reps)

Lying Abs: BW (2x25)

06/10/10:

CGBP: “151lbs” (x13) - no improvement, recovery? try again next time for 1 set.

Squat: 251lbs (5x5) [5 mins] - pretty tough, felt significantly heavier than 246lbs did

Barbell Rows: 96lbs (3x13)

Curls: 45lbs (1xfailure)

Forearm Curls: “45lbs” (1xfailure)

06/11/10:

Bodyweight: 167.6lbs in the morning waking up

OH Press: “136lbs” (5x3) [4, 4, 4.5, 4.5-min breaks] - got hard toward the end

Deadlift: 221lbs (x10) - significant break after 7th rep, my grip also was slipping during the set

RDL: 166lbs (3x10) - first set wasn’t really 10 (4+9?), but I’ll just count it as such
