Squat: 280lbs (3x5) [5/7mins] - pretty tough, fixed form on 3rd set, had the bar higher up on the shoulders and descended really slow and it became easier

Bench: 185lbs (3x3) [brown bar] - boo

Deadlift: 226lbs (8+2+5+5 = 20)

Soon you will be doing militaries with a plate on each side and squattin’ triples. God damn!

What happened on that second deadlift set??

I’ve had a hand injury and its greatly limiting my training, it hurts to even hold the bar during squats. I’m about 50% recovered and am taking advice of Wendler/Tate etc… to let it get to 100% rather than be impatient. Sucks at the moment but I’m taking stuff for it. Thanks for asking… I know I haven’t updated my log because of this shit…
