I have no idea what gym facilities I will have access to… hill sprinting may be out as well… maybe manual treadmill pushing… if all else fails I will be performing lots of military calisthenics, tabata intervals, burpees, body busters, Full Vince Gironda Bodyweight Sissy Squats (A2G), dragon flags, etc…
