I don’t wear undies in the gym ever.
Before my first geared meet, my coach warned me against going commando by reminding me that suits can – and do – rip out.

tim - this will last all of 3 weeks and then I’m back to my real game. I do get a high from the running but it’s an instant high and not something that motivates me to go back for more, for better. Lifting gives me a high AND a challenge for more, for better, for heavier, for stronger…
Today was house work and groceries: dishes, laundry, xmas tree and stuff packed and trashed, groceries to have the good eats in the house.
Found this good video about the sites to see in Cozumel while diving. only 17 days left…
I am the opposite of commando. My treasure trove of fancy, lacey, high-end thong panties gets regular rotation under my gym clothes.
Few times I tried I had terrible ass chaff. no bueno. reverted back to comfier stuff and keeping the lacies for non strenuous exercise. atleast not while wearing them. With the tight lulus you wear I don’t recal seeing the underwear seems. I could have sworn you went commando.
You’ll have to look harder for the thong outlines next time. ![]()
Commando and thongs while training. Shit. Am I the only one who works out in good old fashioned cotton granny panties?
Ugh on the cardio— but Disturbed makes everything all better!!

Nope.
Not that I do, of course.

'nother vote for commando, 3 out of 4 weeks.

No…I mean yes. I have said to much ![]()
N. What about running AND lifting ?
It worked for Jon Pall.
For one brief moment I thought “How the hell do you deadlift commando and not have your junk get caught on the bar?” then I realized I’m an idiot.
Kimba - now thats a deal ![]()
Nadia- mine are worse than cotton granny. They are full on High waisted, front pannelled and just about the worst thing to look at but comfy as hell. Only thing that keeps my ass in some sort of control. Kinda like good bras for the girls.
Edgy - granny panties? I like a good old pair of fruit of the loom on a man, although hubbie’s been forced into a few other “underwears” in the past 10 years…lol. I’m just going to add that they were specifically for men ![]()
ink- glad you pointed that out, I felt particularly witty too ![]()
print - raspberry smelling butt filled with grease and sweat sounds about perfect! I’m sure that will be easy to wash out right?
Bear- I wouldn’t expect any less from you. And come to think of it I don’t recall any panty lines on those super tight pants either…mmm.
Tim- I have a strong upper body but my leg developement is seriously lagging. I plan to keep some cardio in but really hit the legs after this stint.
Joe- we all get those moments. give me 25 pushups and you’ll be forgiven. ![]()
Ink - those are the douchiest looking squats ever. why would anyone do those?
I am not convinced that cardio doesn’t improve leg strength, but before everyone denounces me, I am not talking about long slow efforts, but dynamic work like sprinting, prowler and / or sled work, stair climbing etc. It all depends on what you are after in respect to your goals. I have found through my workouts that I have become stronger in my lifts with interval work. I am not a power lifter so I cannot comment on how it transfers over.
I don’t know why. I’d seen Kai Greene do them in a vid, looked them up, done for glute/ass size or some crap. There are some exercised that might look funky and I’ll do, but that one doesn’t seem smart for a man to attempt.
Just sayin!
