It’s absolutely true. What could they possibly gain by those actions? Funny, I haven’t seen “Red State” tag lines in my news searches lately. I think that may have hurt them a little bit in the long run.

You’ll notice the percentage of people who vocally support dr. paul to the number of detractors is much larger – and that isn’t just this website. Only TV and Newspaper media seem to not get it. The “old guard” is quickly fading.

Check out the crap Mike (a Paul supporter) endured from one of those spamming Paul supporters just because Mike has a different opinion on the War on Terror.

One person acting like an assclown is not representative of Paul’s entire supporters. I have not met one disrespectful person in real life who supports Paul. In fact, they all realize what is necessary in order to get people to listen to his views and understand it is counterproductive to the campaign to behave in ways that detract from that.
I wouldn’t be surprised if it was just Mick28 pretending to be a supporter so he could distract the discussion.
I have seen much ruder behavior coming from Paul’s detractors.
I’ve heard about RP in the past, and from what I understand he’s one of the last consistent and integral congress men left. His voting record in the senate is enough to get me to vote for him in and of itself.
He is also exactly what this country needs right now. A politician who is supported by the people, and, from what it seems from listening to his speeches, for the people. All of the other candidates are puppets of the big corporations and lobbyists (and that’s not a knock on them, if someone lends you billions of dollars in campaign money, you owe them).
Count me in as someone who will be donating money to him on December 16th.
RedState stopping Paul spammers from compromising his site a “scary act” of censorship? Only in Lixy’s diseased and limited brain.
Whether it was a good idea or not is beside the point - it is a private site, he can do what he wants. If he thinks Paul supporters are messing with his traffic or quality of his site, he can do what he wants. He doesn’t owe the Paul trolls a forum, and the whining can stop there.
But I am certain it won’t.
