Free Test Is at 352, Healthy Long-term?

That’s a judgement call you’re going to have to make for yourself. I personally would lower it a bit at least and try to find where your symptom resolution threshold is. I have bad GAD as well but I take an SSRI for it. I understand that anxiety is crippling and pretty negative towards quality of life. Is it worth the risk of heart disease later in life? Only you can choose.

I know my bloodwork is incomplete but u think 200 is low enough or would u go lower

If anxiety can be an issue for you, 200 maybe sensible for 6 weeks, so you don’t get such a sudden variation which could trigger your anxiety. Retest and go from there?

Thats about a 17% reduction in dose. So while I don’t think thats enough to normalize your lab results I think small changes every 2-3 months are ideal. Don’t drastically change anything if you feel good. Little changes to your protocol are best and let them have time to marinate.
