Living in Canada has a few drawbacks; -40 degree celcius weather, stupid politicians, and no Biotest products!

Hot Rox is something I have really wanted to try.
When I get back from surgery I won’t be able to really lift for awhile but I can do all the cardio I want and some “light” arm work.
I figure there won’t be a better time for me to concentrate on losing the extra love handles before starting back on a mass and strength schedule.
