Dboy gets my vote. He is willing to help me out with training, and nutrition whenever I ask. Through e-mail, PM, or even over the phone he always takes time out to give me a hand. Also he isn’t to proud to ask someone else and learn if he doesn’t know. I think the key is to keep learning and Dboy has certainly taught me a bunch.
i don’t know if i could pick just one person, more of the attitude that everyone combined makes…i was at a turning point after having lost alot of weight and was starting to put on lots of mucles but everywhere i looked couldn’t find anyone to relate too…than i stumbled onto this place and realised i wasn’t alone…
…so if i really had to vote i would just say everyone for adding a bit of themselfs and making this place what it is…

Ippon.
wow this is a tough one. I suppose its best to use recent past as in the last year or so. So many choices, but I guess today, though I cant beleive im saying this, ill vote for vroom. Just for the beginners thread. Putting that together and helping newbies out etc.
I ignore all the politics forums so thats good for him LOL.
Phill
Phill has helped me the most. I’m a new member maybe 2 months or so in, and he’s been responding to my newb questions and is actually nice about it.
Even before I made the first post on this topic I was thinking in no particular order:
Phill-already has one from his DC Test Fest
Mufasa-always helpful, always positive
Jillybop- goes out of her way to help.
No one nominated Mufasa, which I find quite shocking, so the prize goes to Jillybop.
Yay! Thanks, Mike! ![]()
It’s tough but I have to vote for supermick. He’s been a great source of training and diet related info and is always willing to answer my questions, no matter how stupid.
Plus he has that sexy British accent… you just can’t go wrong with him. ![]()
Where’s the votes for P#22?
In lieu of your free copy, I wanted to say congrats!
Also, be sure to drop a line in here about what you thought after you’ve had a chance to review it; I’d love to hear some female opinions.
Stay strong
MR

I second the vote for supermick!
I’ve PM’d him lots of training questions, and he always gets right back.
He knows this stuff, and is willing to share…
And you can’t beat his humor, always a wry remark to make me laugh!
Big Martin helped me the most when I started getting into using more advanced powerlifting gear. Great guy, always a straight shooter.
