Frank Yang is Bulking

He looks great. It amazes me how Frank attracts the hater brigade. His training montage is awesome and leftfield to boot.

I consider him a true visionary and this board needs more like him.

Lol. To each his own- I was just saying that his gains are believable for a natty considering his starvation->bulking move. I think he said he was going to try some anyway?

I like the guy too and find him entertaining. Except for that one video about squatting/sodomy/incest, that was a bit over the top for me lol.

Don’t be such a prude.

Why?

He constantly reminds people of what is possible if they would not cower under their couch.

hell YEAH! only the newbs with weak neral efficiency think it’s impossible
to gain back 30 pounds in 3 weeks

But since my goal is only to look and get as big as I can , i could care less if it was made up of plastic.

but i would say that if I’m incline benching 225 for 3 sets of 10 on the barbell and 110x 10 on the dumbbell then it’s probably not all fat.
Dude, you’ve made good progress. You can still see veins.

Screw haterz.
I’m gonna put on my facebook page:

Professor X from T-Nation believes I’m natty

Oh, I’m not saying Frank isn’t natty, I’m saying he shouldn’t be.

a gain is a gain is a gain.
as long as you still have the vains, right?

Lol 30lbs in 3 weeks? What was your nutrient intake like beforehand, a thimble of whey per day?
I eat every 3 hours.

start out with 40 - 50 grams of protein.

then stuff whatever space that is left in my stomach with carbs and fat.

You have to remember that I used to be pretty damn strong (300, 400, 500 @ 165), and then went on a starved myself for a year.
I meant before you started bulking. You were clearly starving yourself prior to the bulk if you actually put on 30lbs in 3 weeks.

Also you bench more than you can squat lol? Or are those numbers bench, squat, deadlift rather than the traditional PL ordering of lifts?
300 pound bench, 400 squat, 500 DL
all raw.

and yes i starved myself for a long time to look like brad pitt. now THATs not natural
That makes sense on the lift numbers- solid work for a 165lb dude.

And I agree with X- let the haters hate, your gains are solid and I definitely believe they’re natural. The rebound gains following starvation/any extreme caloric restriction are huge. Keep up the good work and avoid movie star-related malnutrition in the future lol.
thanks mate. Like i said. If i did decide to go on gears, this site will be the first one to know.

Still thinking about it man.

To be honest, I don’t NOTHING about gears.

I AM thinking about it just because people don’t believe that I’m natural.

Hey man, u know hate my hipster arsty faggpt shit all u want, but u can’t deny that I bust my ass off at the gym

Outstanding progress! 30 lbs. in 3 weeks doesn’t warrant accusations of being on the gear in your circumstance. I think it’s safe to assume starving oneself for a freaking year can lead to quite an impact when your body suddenly gets all the nutrients it needs on a consistent basis.

I am glad that this board is filled with educated posters. Unlike in other places where it’s automatically assumed that gaining weight at this rate = roids. Keep in mind how long I had been trainig

Exactly. If I start losing the veins in my forearms and on my shoulders, I know I went too far.

The thing is, many will hold themselves back thinking they are limited to a certain specific amount of muscle mass.

Yes, your caloric depletion before plays a role in how fast you can gain muscle right now…but that rebound period is noticeable even to guys like me who just dropped weight to get rid of the extra pudge or love handles.

sriously, dude,

if I decide to go on gear, T-Nation will be the first forum that I will seek advice from.

And until then, NATTY all the way

yea man. I was at 160s and above before i “quite lifting”… and my 1RM was much stronger than they were at now and it didn’t like that at all.

Your body will do anything to climb back to its set points…

It will be a different story after I reach 180 and above, since I’ve never been at that weight before. But I’ll keep you’ll posted

Indeed. I have NO doubt that you have put in A LOT of time and effort training! Keep on trucking and if you do decide to go with the gear, make the most of that, too. When people accuse you of using, ask them why it matters, just so you can laugh at their ignorant responses.

Sure and if that is any consolation it does not really matter whether they just do their thing or whether they are kind of out there like some Nubian physique enthusiasts that come to mind.

People do not like to be reminded that the one person really holding themselves back is themselves.

Oh well, the dogs bark, the caravan moves on.

Love this dude (all homo)
