For his career where would he be most successful ID?
His own over-the-top TV show. He’d be a huge hit in Asia, and a novelty here in the states.
That may be successful monetarily now but not successful as an artist, No?
Depends on how the art community responds. If he sells himself as a “performance/concept artist”, he could be golden. Otherwise, he’d have to put all his eggs into one basket and focus on one artform to get any credibility.
But isnt Asian TV/Movies pretty out there as it is, wouldnt his brand be pretty much more of the same? Seems to me higher chance of a flash in the pan type career.

Gets up to 220 @ 14% BF… Then he decides to start eating worse that he currently does and goes to 220 @ 10% BF.

Completely feasible as a natty.

LOL
What is funny there?

I can eat a hell of a lot more food now that I carry more size. I can eat pizza all week and still see the outline of my abs. The difference is I am more observant of my food intake lately since my goal currently isn’t to put on a lot of size.

You are speaking like you control someone else’s genetics. You do realize what a Bell curve is, right?

I sure hope so before you get knee deep into a discussion about genetic potential.
Cortes wrote:
This is not that hard.

If I have more muscle mass (i.e. denser muscle), I will be able to get away with a little less stringent adherence to my diet while maintaining the amount of calories I eat, because more muscle at a lower total percentage of body fat will result in a more efficient machine.

Again, I was talking about this on a scale of years.

If what you were saying was true, the only way anyone could ever improve would be to further and further restrict his diet. This is just not how things work.

There really is a reward for staying big for a long time. Steroids are not this magical substance without which it is impossible to achieve this.
Mind you…the big guys are saying this to the smaller guys…and for some reason it needs to be argued.

I agree with everything you wrote. I have been saying it for years. I guess they would rather troll the forum.

You’re right. But that crazy Asian stuff is still popular there. Frank would bring a new intensity to it.

Compare Nards’ description of the average Asian gym rat. Now look at Frank.

I agree, but I see things in a business sense (meaning to me make the money now) however as an artist and creative person (which I am very, very far from being), I always wonder if the art is more important.

The fact that you don’t see what’s funny/wrong with that scenario speaks volumes.

You are in no way lean.

You are not natural.

&

You are not going to lose fat AND gain muscle AT THE SAME TIME while staying at the same weight by eating worse than you did in order to reach that weight in the first place.

No one is debating the statement that you can get away with more cheat meals if you’re really big. That’s not what’s being discussed.

First, like usual, you are talking out of your ass. This is what Cortes wrote:

What exactly are you arguing about?

You are in no way big…so who cares that you think I am in no way lean?

I agreed with Cortes. This isn’t even about me.

Uh oh

Shitstorm afoot…

^^ that is NOT his original post and the one in question, but you already knew that.

Nice try though.

I agree this isn’t about you… So stop attempting to make it about you and let Cortez and I have our discussion.

Re quoted for reference… How this all was started.

Just for fun, here is my original first post on this thread…Please now try and find where the advice somehow does NOT apply to a natural lifter. Please. Somebody.

And my blood work always comes back looking great.

Staying the same weight, getting denser and getting leaner (all while maintaining visible abs) WHILE eating sloppier?

Not applicable to naturals IMO
Yes, that was your original point…that two other posters have now informed you is incorrect.

I am not sure why you are arguing further as if this is impossible.

He clearly stated the following:

So why are you here? To nitpick? I understood his point from the start. Why didn’t you?

You jump into many threads like this. It makes me wonder when you suddenly became some go to guy for bodybuilding advice such that you can now run around “correcting” people who have made more progress than you.

^^ I made my comments and statements to Cortez about his post. Not sure why you keep following me around to nitpick my posts.

You obviously have a problem with what I write do PLEASE just block me or ignore me. You don’t have to like what I write… I’m not here for you. i’m here to learn and help out some of the younger more impressionable posters whenever I can without a condescending attitude.

I am not going to address all of the inaccuracies of your post because it will just spiral down into another one of your classic “arguments.”

Please just put me on ignore and do not respond to my posts.

Good discussion. Mature too, shocker!

Yep, Mr. Frank Yang is definitely a Renaissance Man. Imo, unlike some of the other over-the-top characters (I mean that in a complimentary sense.) out there, Frank is actually talented -imagine that!!!

So, wait a moment… People with fast metabolisms who need very large amounts of calories just to maintain weight are on steroids if they eat some sloppy food, and using steroids enhancing your insulin sensitivity along with changes a vast majority of the processes in your body? I’m sorry if I’m a little lost here, this horseshit is making me all confused…
