Hey guys, just a quick update on what I had been making, progress pics. I am currently cutting, should I continue? or bulk again?

You look great.

You don’t need to “bulk” up again at this point. You already have a great foundation which means it already did the job it needed to.

I would personally work on gaining more but keep diet more regimented…but that depends on how big you are trying to get.

I’m not “bulking” right now but I am working on a little more size.

Thanks professor! I was eating 4000 calories on my last bulk the lasted about 4 months (before the MASSIVE bulk in the beginning of this thread), which was enough to let me gain a pound a week but I think about 40-50 percent is fat, if I start “gaining”, what do you think my macros/surpluses should be? And how much weight should I be looking to gain per month?

I adjust from between about 500-1,000cals and then base more adjustments on the progress seen.

Sometimes, some people may actually notice they don’t gain weight with smaller increases because the body adapts its own metabolic rate. That is why making hard and fast constants is the wrong thing to do.

I seriously doubt you would be at that point had you “slow gained” your way there in fear of any fat gained.

It’s funny because I;m still 165 pounds, and i look way bigger than years ago when I was at the same weight. Thanks professor, with your aid I’m the living proof that “dirty bulk” has its place in training. Not sure if I’ll do it again though, I’m eating 3500 as of now to “gain”.

No offense, but this is one damn great example of how to bulk up right.
