ugh. Okay. This is going to be TMI for most. DON’T scroll down and read if you’re eating or easily nauseated. Seriously.
So today was erratic in terms of eating. Basically, I post-poned eating until I got home, had a little cranberry and almond snack at school, didn’t actually eat when I got home, went out to dinner instead, had a late meal, relaxed with the boyfriend when I got back, went into a food coma, came-to many hours later, and eventually tried to do my exercises. Everything went fine until the very end, when I do a minute+ plank hold. At that point, my dinner, which was already kind of unsettled, decided to start creeping back up my throat in slow motion. It was like I was throwing up continually without any heaving. There was nothing I could do about it, so I just stopped, paused, tried again, and the same thing happened. At that point, I was nearly losing it entirely, so I stopped and called it a night. I also meant to have a protein shake with the works afterward, but was too nauseated to do it, so I had some tomatoes and almonds instead. I’ve never had that happen before.

And, I don’t always listen to it when it’s on, but I do sing along to it many times. It’s fun and something to do. Passing time is a priority here. That song gets me 4 minutes closer to being able to finish another long ass night! lol
oooh, i had the vomiting without the heaving a couple months ago and it was the strangest thing…i felt like a snake or something.
I won’t wish that the semester gets easier, because I know that’s fruitless…but I hope more opportunities are found for you to get what makes you feel good in! Go get em smarty pants.
I’ve been studying for a test the last two days and spent more time in SAMA than I did on my workouts. I think I’m done here, based on the fact that I get too distracted with frivolous stuff and some other things that have cropped up recently. I like Betty’s idea of moving on to a different website.
best thing I ever did for my mobility was switch to front squats, drop the weight to a level that significantly bruised my ego and worked on going truly ass to calves. I also found that it pays to focus on keeping my knees out - I was getting some major IT band issues because of that. I see some shaking going on and your knees slightly caving as you come up. You may want to lighten up a bit and work on getting deeper and keeping those knees from caving.
Other than that, great job, nice body and cool that you like birds.
