Grip training twice a week and heavy reverse curls have made my forearms a little stronger and larger. However, i wanna jack the buggers. Any ideas?
HEAVY farmers walks, lever lifting, thick bar work (rows, presses, zottman curls, regular curls, chins), thick bar wrist rollers. If those don’t work, you sir, are screwed.
Tiree,
Check out my Old School Grip training article in the previous issues for ideas.
I did check that one out. And keep your chin up, and toothpicks to timbers. I have been using some of the excercises.
Thick bar work well. I do most of my weightlifting with kettlebells which have think handles. People often remark how strong and big my forearms look. I do not do any direct forearm work such as wrist curls. Thus, my strong forearms come from lots of KB work.

You can make a pair of thick handled DB’s pretty easily, for about $20-30. That wouls serve you very well
Man get yourself some EASY GRIPS!!!
They’re basically just handles you can clamp onto a bar or DB to make it thickhandled! I just carry mine into the gym with me and clamp them on to all my exersices for a few weeks when I want to add to my forearms! They were featured in a “Stuff We Like” articled on TMag. They’re really convenient!
Yeah, but you can do MUCH more with thick handled DB’s
You just need to eat your spinach.
