Forearms Everyday?

i do the farmers walk twice a week…seems to be enough to improve forearms and grip strength huge…

Farmer’s walks kick ass for conditioning too…Think youre in shape? Grap some heavy bells and walk up a couple of flights of stairs. I used to do those at my old gym and Id be breathing like a freight train after about a minute of it.
