That’s a good thing?

It’s bad?
At that rate over such a short period; how can the loss be anything but water manipulation? Is there some alteration to the training?
Cardio went down. Strength was the same or higher in fact hit an all time db low incline bench pr on my second chest exercise. So no bf loss? I am sorry i don’t buy that for a second. Even if 1/4 was fat I will take 3 lbs of fast loss in 2 weeks. While still eating what I did. More striations more vascularity and the only body measurement that went down was my waist

I’m actually in a ‘‘lean mass phase’’ and shooting for approx. 2900 cals (5’7 164 at around 13-14%bf). My current macros look like 360 C, 180 P, 80 F. If you happen to give a fuck…

for me at ~200 lbs it’s been 200 g protein 90 g fat and the carbs vary. I just found a rough baseline (a lot of calculators out there will give you a general starting point) and then adjusted from there according to my changing goals and diet strategies

may go lower fat and add the calories back as carbs
